So, do you think there will also be a 4 inch iPhone at the Mac mini event in March?

I heard they are going to reintroduce iPhone 3G :p

Honestly though, any release of a new Mac Mini is gonna suck until Kaby Lake hits production

Apple wants to "loop you in" on March 21 at the new Mac Mini event. Clearly, this almost certainly means:
(a) The new Mac Mini will come in a new physical form, a loop, or
(b) The awesomeness of the new Mac Mini will throw you for a loop, or
(4) If you think there will be a new Mac Mini on March 21, you are loopy.

It's the nearing the last event at Campus 1 (WWDC would likely be at Moscone) if work goes well for Campus 2 (Spaceship) , so they're throwing a shoutout to Infinite Loop campus? (And china's taste for Red & Gold colour combo)

I vote for choice 4! Too soon for a new Mac mini. Last one is only a bit over a year old.

I bet there will be no new Mac Mini. Apple doesn't give a **** about computers anymore. They are an appliance company now.

So - if 9to5mac is thinking no Mac announcement - isn't the Mac mini/MBA more likely over the MBP to have a silent update? or is it gong to be after the other Macs at some later date that might not be until WWDC

The 21st is fast approaching. Gentlemen, place your bets. One thing for for almost certain... Apple will be making some announcements on that day. Come on mini!

In the MacRumors Buyer's Guide for Macs, everything except the Macbook (Caution) and the iMac (Neutral) is listed as don't buy. The Mac Pro hasn't been updated for 813 days, Mac Mini for 512 days, MacBook Air for 368 days, and the Retina MacBook Pro for 297. Something is up. It's (almost certainly) either that Apple is not putting much time and effort into it's computer lineup, as many people believe, or in contrast, there will be major updates to just about everything, and words like amazing will be used when the new versions are announced. And of course anything in between is possible. If it's the former, I doubt we will see any Mac updates on March 21 because why take attention away from the important stuff (IOS and Watch bands). If it's the latter, then it will probably happen later at an event with not much else going on (phone, pad, watch, TV). So my bet is nothing on March 21. And yet, the new Mac Mini is almost certainly coming.

Last update was during the developer conference. Depending when Skylake chips for Macs are available and if the Mini even gets an update this year will not be before then and maybe after that if they are doing any product redesigns they may want to hold a separate event when OS X 11 is released.

Gentlemen, place your bets.

In a shocking move, Apple will introduce the new iMiniProPadBook! Consolidating all their computing devices into a single product, the iMiniProPadBook will be a device which contains all the computing power of a Mac Mini, but is designed to attach to the back of an iPad and use it as a display. iMiniProPadBooks can also be left stand-alone on the desktop, and individual units can also be stacked together to create a multi-cpu device with computing power rivaling that of a Mac Pro.

All other computing devices will be rendered obsolete in one fell swoop! ;)

Nice as far as it goes. But where is the Watch?

Too funny! Good one! We all must buy this as soon as possible!

'It's almost certainly gonna be nothing, or everything, or something in between.'
