The new Mac mini is almost certainly coming

yes, so i think the imacs and mac mini+updates for macbook pro are coming this year, and the new apple displays and mac pro next year
 
i wonder if with the new mac mini and its tb3 support and the latest news from nividia, can we hope for a mac mini hooked up with an eGPU with 1080 in it?
 
See the front page story from yesterday, Phil Schiller said they had "two-prong strategy" for the desktop with the iMac and Mac Pro. Doesn't inspire much hope for a new Mini. :(

Maybe the mini will inherit the trash can. (Probably not.)
 
Seriously hope 2017 or 2018 are the year of the unchained Mini and Pro. Especially if they give the Mini options to have its balls back I'll be stoked.

Love iMacs but I think it just results in me spending too much % of the cost on the display which I don't really care about (my 2 $200 BenQ monitors are just fine for what I do).

Can someone please let me know when an apple product was updated with a bigger (physical) version?
I to would rather a larger form factor if it means better specs. But I'd rather not have to sell my kidney for it!

1mm, AFAIK.

That said, I think I'd still be OK with the form-factor of the original PPC Mini (sans optical drive, of course).
I imagine, you could house a lot of oomph in such a case these days.

I'm not really a fan of towers, really.
 
So our constant negativity is blocking their creative Chakras? Especially with regard to the Mini?
That's a pretty harsh accusation, man!
Not to be judgemental or anything, but a powerful new Mac Mini would Enhance the positive Chi Energy Flow in Our Bodies, and thus decrease our negative energies.
You see, Apple, Responsibility, like a river, flows both ways.
