I thought I was going mad when I switched from the Pro Max 15 to the Galaxy 24 Ultra, and that was like 6 months. If I had an operable Car Play, I wouldn't have switched from the Apple Phone. While I like the Podcast player on Android better, having an Apple Phone was nice from an ecosystem perspective. I like the Ultra, but I'm actually starting to not love it. I'm just mad at Honda that forced me to make this switch because buying a Car I thought I would be able to enjoy Car Play for longer than 2 years.
Android Auto is nice though. I also like the Galaxy Watch 7, which I've had for about a week.
I see everyone switching to the google phone and feel like what I did wasn't as bad anymore.

My S24U was collected this afternoon and asking price paid which is good. I'm waiting for the £300 cash back from Samsung which will be later this month, so quids in really

It sold for £820 however the person who won the auction still hasn’t paid so if he hasn’t by tomorrow I’ve got an offer to sell for £715
Obviously I wouldn’t have got £820 due to the eBay fees

Have you sold your S24 Ultra and moved to the Pixel 9 full time? I'm still using my S24 Ultra and iPhone 15 Pro Max, love them both to be honest.
Wait, your Honda only allows you to have CarPlay for 2 years? I have a 2019 Honda Pilot and CarPlay still works.
No, what happened was every time I plugged into the Car Play and used Maps, it would freeze up and crash the infotainment sytem. When you are driving that's unsafe. Basically, it's still there, but it's unusable now. I did go with the Bluetooth method for a time, but for some reason Android Auto works well and so I switched. I've been trying to look up if I could get it fixed, but it's a 2017 Accord, and in the very next year, they changed up the infotainment system, so I won't get any updates at all. I can't even remove the infotainment system because that car website says it's not recommended and I couldn't find anywhere to actually fix the issue. It's not that Honda didn't allow me to have Car Play, it was just I only got to enjoy it for 2 years before it no longer worked, thus making the primary reason I bought the car kind of obsolete. The car itself works fine and it's not even been 10 years, but if I had known then what I know now I would have gone with the Subaru Legacy or Mazda, which were my other two contenders.
Yeah sold my s24 ultra a while ago. Plan to get s25 ultra though will see what it adds

Yes asked £900 for my S24U and got that 👍🏼 but it was only 3 weeks old and the titanium orange as well
If the trade in is good I will also get the S25 Ultra. There are different rumours saying it will be a big upgrade.

I got an update today and I'm not sure what it was. The security patch is still listed as August, and I'm still on 6.1. Anyone have any idea what the big update was today?
I had honestly intended to get rid of the s24 ultra and go back to ios with 16 pro max. Can't see that happening after today's announcement
I turned it off after the Airpods. I still have to pay off this phone for the next year and a half anyway. Was it really that bad?

I can’t believe the only update to AirPods Max was new colours and adding USB-C, after 5 years!! why no improved noise cancellation or other features that even the AirPods Pro 2 get. They haven’t even added the H2 chip, it’s still the H1.
Really glad I stuck to my guns and went for the 9 Pro Fold after a 3 week stint with my S24U after selling my 15PM and AWU2... Apples updates are laughable
