I currently have the AW S7 and before that the AW S6 both in titanium - Neither were fingerprint magnets.

I bump my AW constantly and what I can say is my AW S6 was sold on eBay in perfect condition because it held up to the abuse I dished out.

Things you touch are going to get your fingerprints on them. It's been happening for, centuries. Why do you think it's used in forensics? What is the issue here? We're complaining about fingerprints now?
You must have missed the M2 Macbook Air release last year, where people were returning their laptops over fingerprints & berating anyone who questioned it. There's no doubt in my mind that people will return this phone for the same reason. The ridiculousness of it is both comical & sad, but I'm not at all surprised.

You assume it is reflection. You don't know that because you haven't had the iPhone in your hand.

As of now, the glass looks uneven from the pictures. As to why, remains to be seen when they become available in the Apple Store.
Review videos are out. How is that theory of yours coming about the wavy glass screens?

Seriously, I LMAO when reviewers bring this up.

Live with it. Is this really an issue? It's like complaining your tires got dirty after driving it off your drive way.

At the end of the day, majority will use a case which becomes a none issue.

So wipe them off. Jee-zuss.
That's one thing I like about Mrwhosetheboss' videos over Marques' is that Arun's devices always look pristine because he wipes them off and Marques' always look nasty and oily, covered in dust and dirt and fingerprints, which is made infinitely worse by his absurdly expensive and awesome RED cameras that he films with. I love Marques' videos, but he really needs to wipe off his stuff more often.

I’m calling BS on the photos. My AWU has no signs of fingerprints at all on the frame

Go watch MKBHD's early 15 Pro reactions after testing the 15 Pro for a few days. He specifically talks about just how bad of a fingerprint magnet the phone is and says its brutal. He says the natural titanium is much better at hiding them but the darker colors are really bad.

It's a good thing my fingerprints don't permeate the case I'll be using.

You joke, but I literally have white handling gloves for this purpose, but I keep my phones looking the same as the day they were removed from the box for resale purposes.
What’s the point of keeping them so perfect for someone else, if you can’t enjoy that perfection yourself? Covering it up with screen protectors and cases ruins the aesthetic and you miss out on the real feel of the phone the way it was intended to be used.

Sounds like a "smear" campaign....I've used many implements made of Grade 5 Titanium
and never seen such smudges

Apple uses Titanium Grade 5, alloyed with 6% Aluminum and 4% Vanadium
(commonly known as Ti 6Al-4V).

"Space-grade" is marketing speak...it's commonly used in Razors.
Except these phones have PVD coating. Most reviews have been mentioning the fingerprints.

It ruins absolutely nothing for me. Everything you just said is for you, not me. I enjoy the phone completely with the bonus of knowing I’m not going to break my phone if I drop it, which I do, because I’m a klutz.

It is reflection.

This guy talks about it at the 4:20 mark:

Do you continually hold the watch in your hand, and how many times a day do you touch it - that's the difference.

I use a case more to help it stay in my hand, so it doesn't fall and break. It turns out that glass and metal are very slippery materials.

Also prone to scratch quite easily apparently. Especially the blue one
