Have to disagree. Mine still look like new after 2 years.Man those leather link bands are just total crap. They are comfortable and look good, but sweat just destroys them so fast.

💯 I've given my GF this as a Christmas idea😊. I stopped by the Apple Store last weekend to try on the large "Natural" Titanium Milanese loop. Good fit for my 205mm wrist! I needed to check since Apple lists the large band at 210mm max for the large size.Wow what a great band. I really love the new milanese loops that Apple has designed for the Apple Watch Ultra. They fit so well and are feel fantastic. I've always liked the look of the milanese loop bands but I hated how they would constantly slide throughout the day with the magnet. The new Ultra bands stay in place perfectly. They are super comfortable and Apple wasn't kidding when they said you could wear them for anything. I train hard and worked out this morning wearing mine to see how it would feel and it was absolutely perfect. The way they connect it keeps the band perfectly in place and I love the look of the black version with my Black Ultra.
It did take me a few times to get the hang of getting it on and off but after I figured it out its super easy now. Easily my favorite band that they have made for the Ultra. Not sure what others opinions are, but I think that these bands are some of the best that Apple has ever made.
does it pull on arm hairs at all? any experience with the old regular milanese loop compared to this?
My leather link looks stunning after a couple of years as well - but never use it working out - always swap it out for a sports loopHave to disagree. Mine still look like new after 2 years.
The DLC coated Milanese bands will scratch your apple watch. The other should not.Got one with my Ultra 2 in black, but I'm a bit wary of using it currently.
Saw on a YouTube comment that the underside of someone's watch has been grated or something by resting the watch on it – paraphrasing, but something like that.
Have you had any scratching issues?
Is the new Milanese loop for the Ultra DLC? I looked on the Apple site, but can't see anything. The DLC coated Milanese bands will scratch your apple watch. The other should not.
I am going to assume they match the watch body counterpart. Is the new Milanese loop for the Ultra DLC? I looked on the Apple site, but can't see anything.
I do not think it is DLC. The process is expensive. The “original” black Milanese band was/is DLC coated while the newer bands are not. DLC is the most durable, my series 7 SBTi still looks like new.Is the new Milanese loop for the Ultra DLC? I looked on the Apple site, but can't see anything.
They do look fantastic and the clasp suits the Ultra.
Need to see the black one on a S10 Slate......

And for good measure, the natural titanium with the natural titanium 49MM milanese:

Which strap size is that and what size is your wrist?Sorry for duplicate photo -- I suck at attachments! This watch is on my teeny tiny wrist and is gigantic but I don't care!
It is a copy of the cobra buckle.I’m curious about how the clasp actually attaches/releases. Do you press a button to release it, or somehow work those little arms?

if you have hairly arms I can't see why it wouldn't still be a big problem.does it pull on arm hairs at all? any experience with the old regular milanese loop compared to this?
That why you just have to shave a patch, right? 😁if you have hairly arms I can't see why it wouldn't still be a big problem.
Valid concern with the aluminium models, but the titanium versions won’t be susceptible to corrosion.I will say I'm not a fan of the removal of the ceramic back on the new S10 watches. Back of the watch gets some serious sweat and grime unless you clean it daily. I remember the corrosion issue people had on the early AW and would be worried about pitting over time.
I'm concerned with the anodizing failing also. it probably wouldn't harm the titanium but I wonder what it will look like if the coating wears off. For all I know they could of improved the coating process and it might never effect the aluminum watch eitherValid concern with the aluminium models, but the titanium versions won’t be susceptible to corrosion.
