Just be patient. I know it is hard as I have been struggling too. Check before you go to bed or tomorrow. I wish you the best.
 
My brothers order has shipped and I’m waiting for mine! Just went to pending! Should be getting my tracking soon! Delivery of 11/03! Showing it’s in Memphis TN
 
Just an FYI if a Verizon rep allowed you to change your address before the tracking info went out. She confirmed it had been changed on Friday but I called FedEx and it showed it going to the old address. I called Verizon and they actually formally put in an address request change to FedEx. So if you did that you may want to check.
 
One of my orders shipped, my other which was ordered before this one is still pending.

I bought an iPad Air 2 from Target a long one ago. No option for AppleCare. I called Apple the day I received it and they said they could see it was just activated for the first time and let me buy AppleCare over the phone. I believe for the iPhone they run a remote diagnostic first, but if you call right away you should be able to buy it.
 
Shipped. Status changed from processing to shipped within the past hour or two.

Silver 256 GB. Order confirmed at exactly 3:00 an EST. I got in a couple minutes early, and zipped through the process.

Delivery date is 10/30. I’m sure that’s inaccurate, as they’ll hold it until Friday. I can’t wait!! This is my first launch day iPhone!
 
OMG YES!! Just showed my order has shipped! I ordered 3 phones separately and they all shipped in the same packaging! Cool!

Ordered two phones in the same order. The 256GB silver just shipped, the 64GB Space Gray credit card charge hasn't happened yet

I preordered WAY before the launch and my phone has already shipped.

I am on the same boat as you are. Yes, it is noted on Fedex site: “Per shipper instructions, package will not be delivered until the scheduled delivery date”
