ok guys so heres some information for you, now that my phone was shipped i called vz to check up on getting credits

1. i talked to rep and said, hi i spoke with someone in the store before i preorderd and they stated i didnt have to pay the upgrade fee but i just saw my credit card statement and it shows the fee was charged, she goes im sorry, ill give you a $30 bill credit, easy.

2. if u have verizonup and didnt use ur $10 device dollars, i jut told the lady i forgot to redeem them and she said no problem, i gave her the code she put me on hold and another $10 was added to my bill credit.

3. if u didnt trade ur phone in, you can still do it and it'll be applied as a bill credit or a vz gift card.

Verizon is on the ball this year. Working through the weekend. Just updated to shipped!! with a delivery date of 11/03!

Hey guy. I have he Fedex app but it doesn’t look like I can “hold for pickup” on the app like you can for UPS. Am I missing something or should I just call them tomorrow

I don’t have anything to take a pic of it over my actual phone lol. I’m not sure how much space is left between the glass and the frame though so maybe it’s a bit thicker than the protector would indicate....hopefully

Ordered slightly after 3 AM EST on Verizon site. CC was charged $1 authorization fee at 3:08 AM EST. Went from Processing to pending on Friday night, and CC still hasn't been charged anything. 3 iPhone X 256 Space Grey on the same order. 11/03 delivery date. Anyone else in the same boat?

Order confirmation for 256gb Space Grey at 3:03am with ship date of 11/3. No cc charge as of yet. Order status as of now says "processing" online, says "pending" on the app.

Finally got my shipping info, picked up at 9:03 in West Chester, PA with priority overnight delivery scheduled for delivery 10-30-17. How I wish that date was true.

Me too! Unfortunately, “Per shipper instructions, package will not be delivered until the scheduled delivery date.”

Ordered via the Verizon app, with my confirmation email received exactly 3 am EST on Oct 27, and just now was changed to shipped.

If anyone has confirmation that they’re able to call for a facility pickup, please let us know. I’ll unfortunately be at work and no one will be home to sign for it, and would rather pick it up and during my lunch break than wait til it returns back to the hub that day.

It is my understanding that Fed Ex usually requires at least one delivery attempt. Too bad not UPS because I would then be able to pick my phone up at 8:30AM on Friday.

Huh? Yes, ship date is when it was shipped. Delivery date is when it will be delivered.

Just checked mine at it’s shipped!! It came from PA. So it’s already in my state! Says delivery by 3 PM.

What would I do if I want to pick up? Would that push my delivery date back?

Now I can cancel my order with Apple.
