I am getting my iPhone X via the annual iPhone upgrade program through Verizon. It’s the one where you have to pay off at least half of your previous iPhone to be eligible.

I gotten notification that my X has shipped via FedEx but I am not sure what I need to do with my old iPhone once I get my iPhone X. In previous years Verizon has sent me a box to put the old phone in however that hasn’t happened yet this year. Does anyone have any insight?
Last year I shipped my old phone back in the box the 7 Plus came in.

I did not. Seems from this forum we should see shipping tomorrow. I wonder when my 2nd phone will be charged. They were ordered two mins apart. So strange!

Hope there’s no “fraud” issue on the 2nd one... exact same amount, maybe card will flag?
 
Still not charged or shipped. It still says, "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back later." but email says 11/3

Mine also says the same. I ordered mine on my business account. When I log into my personal side it it processing and when i log into the business side it shows waiting on inventory.

Has anyone else seen this message waiting on inventory. Assuming everyone else that hasn't got a shipping notification is waiting on inventory hopefully coming in daily to get assigned to our orders.

I have 2 separate orders, but both show the same tracking number. It seems a little odd because the screenshots I’ve seen from people with multiple orders seem to be split into separate shipments.

I ordered my wife’s phone first and 11:55 and got mine through at 12:00. Two separate orders listed on Verizon and two separate charges on my CC, but both show the same fedex tracking #.

Does anyone else with multiple orders have only one shipment/tracking #?

Exact same situation for me. I called CORS and they said it was 2 separate packages, which is still confusing to me because the two separate orders I have share the same tracking number for FedEx. I mentioned this to the CORS rep and they basically brushed it off. I changed the shipping address for one of the orders, yet the tracking numbers didn’t separate. Not sure what’s going to happen. I did see, however, a scheduled delivery on 11/3 for the new address shipping address. Same tracking number, though.

Just another data point: ordered around 12:08 AM shipped last night. 11/03 delivery date. Also got the address updated (confirmed with FedEx).

Did they say it would be delayed?? FedEx told me today apparently that they have to "ship it to the original destination city, then it gets re routed, with at least a day or 2 delay depending on the re-routed address" -_____-
 
I placed my order on 10.27 at 12:06, still in the processing state & CC hasn’t been charged. Silver 64g X, shipping to SoCal.
 
Denver here, card was charged yesterday, received fedex tracking today, hanging out in Memphis with delivery on the 3rd by 3pm

Same here! I initially got excited because i logged into the VZW app last night and it said “shipped with over night delivery, delivery 10/30” then I can back to reality.
 
Just got off the phone with FedEx to attempt to get my delivery address changed and the rep said that he didn't have any info regarding my name or exact address (only the state and zip code) so he was unable to change the delivery address...whole lotta help -__-

I noticed something earlier when i checked my ups tracking , does anyone know if "local time" is in reference to package location time zone or destination time zone? The times do not add up, so I am imagining the "local time" is current location specific.
