it's the local time the package is sitting at. If it's in China, and they scan in at 3AM their time, you will see 3AM. It could get on a long flight and have another scan that is before the first, due to the time zones. Hope that makes sense.
 
For those that have been “charged”, has the payment been posted to your account or just temporary authorization/pending ?

Also, if anyone is in the Pittsburgh area, the rumor (key word rumor) is that the Fed Ex hub in Robinson is not expecting their shipment until Thursday.

I have a question.
So this is my first time ever preordering! All my other iPhones I've gotten in-store and had them help set up and activate in store.
So I haven't found a clear answer to this and was hoping I would find it here.
How do I active my iPhone X when it's delivered to me Friday 11/3?
I really don't want to have to go into the Verizon Store.
So I was wondering if I can activate it right out of the box? If so how do I activate it? Also, when I activate it will my old phone be deactivated?
 
I got charged early this afternoon but no shipping yet. How long does it typically take to ship after the charge?
