When I called back last night, they claim they don't have a thing called "jump the line". I'm just planning on standing in the line at Verizon at 5am. I'm little upset about this, but I'll fight for a little account credit if they do screw it up.
UPDATE! Mine just shipped! Got the tracking number just now. So them canceling the order and placing again and using "Jump the line" DID work! I'm surprised!
I really hope the other three people that this happened to got tracking numbers too!
