Maybe they're required to scan the boxes once a day to make sure they aren't shipped out early.
 
Where was it advertised that the upgrade fee would be waived? If someone has a screen shot of that and can post it here i would appreciate it

I called this morning to clarify this shipping info. I was under the impression I would receive it Friday the 3rd. They said it will ship by. Most likely receive Monday. I ordered at 12:01 on launch day. Sucks if that’s what happens....

My shipping on the order paged is stalled at processing and will ship by 12/3. ORDERED SG 256

You will receive your phone on Friday but I will suggest you stop calling Verizon since it is still processing and not shipped.......

Every year someone on the forums calls multiple times and rep either cancels their order by mistake or the fact its being acccessed makes the system cancel it

Everyone’s order said the same thing ship by Nov 3 in one place and deliver by Nov 3 in another place including my order that shipped on Sunday in one of first batches.
 
I'm going through this too. Jump the line put in Saturday at 4 pm and still not a word, searching my new order still shows a 12/1 delivery date. Very frustrated, the smoothest pre order ever has turned into a big headache. One person on here did tell me it worked for them last year and that it took a couple of days.

When I called back last night, they claim they don't have a thing called "jump the line". I'm just planning on standing in the line at Verizon at 5am. I'm little upset about this, but I'll fight for a little account credit if they do screw it up.

I agree. I'm even not calling to have the $30 upgrade fee cancelled until after I have the phone in my hand on 11/3. I can always ask them to credit my account. I don't want a rep touching my order and some how screw it up. Who knows maybe somehow a rep screw up could notify FedEx not to deliver. Call me paranoid if you want.

Don’t have a screenshot but Verizon is aware. Just chat then and you will get credit. That’s what I did. No hassle at all.

This is how I feel. Once I got the phone in my hand and activated, I’ll chat with them and have them credit me. $30 is $30. No point in giving money away for nothing.
