I’m glad I went with my instinct and just cancelled the order today. Now instead of 11/15 I’ll be getting mine tomorrow at 9am
 
I pd outright for a SG 256GB for in store pickup. If I go to my account and go to "Documents and Receipts" I see the receipt for the 256 SG and also TWO Installment agreements for a 64GB Silver and 256GB Silver... WTF Verizon!?!?!?!
 
Originally preordered a 256gb Silver on 10/27 for an original delivery date of 11/15. But decided to camp out tonight and order the same phone for pickup tomorrow at 9am! Already got charged, the whole 9 yards.. going to keep my original preorder to be safe, but boy will tomorrow be a fun day!

Hmmm I wonder if these are just drafted installment agreements from when I was checking availability like a maniac of different configs. I'm in chat with VZW now....Also got an email from Chase fraud prevention... They better not screw me!!!

Just to update for those of y'all that have changed address.

My shipment has left Memphis but my original address is still in the app. I called Fed Ex now and the lady contradicted what I was told earlier. She told me that it would have to go to original destination center, THEN be re-routed to Florida where my new address is, with a possible (non confirmed) ship day of Monday.

So ridiculous. I mean not end of the world, first world problems. But I will check my luck tomorrow @ some stores. if I get lucky I'll just cancel my order. Still, way too many hoops to get an address change. I've called every day in a row since pre order day.

I’m totally locked out of MyVerizon right now. I can get in via the app but even though it tells me I’m eligible for an upgrade when I go to do it it says Error Occured and I’m not eligible.

Yeah that happened to me too from the phone app, but it worked when accessing MyVerizon from a web browser on PC..

Safari is stalling on the MyVerizon page and Chrome keeps telling me I have something in my cart but when I go to the cart there’s nothing in there.

It’s completely ****ed, lol.

When attempting to purchase in store pickup, it shows store has phone but just before applying payment, it showed ship date. Is anyone else experiencing this?
 
I also requested a delivery address change, as I am at college in a different state than my Verizon billing address. My shipment is now at my home address's destination center; FedEx also told me that it would have to travel there first before being rerouted to my changed address.

DUDE I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. My dumb ass even went all the way through with the purchase and had to cancel it. I think it does that when the store is out of that SKU.
 
4:05 AM Eastern now. Just two more milestones to go: Out for Delivery and Delivered. The last update I had was that it arrived at my local FedEx location yesterday at 5:42 PM. Just waiting for it to get loaded on a truck!

Same. Mines a good 3 hour drive away and with the snow we’ve gotten here it’ll probably be about 4, but we’re seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!!!

I didn’t notice this when I placed my order for in store pickup. However, in the confirmation email it mentions a ship date of 12/13 along with all of the pick up information. I’m assuming it’s fine as I was already charged.
