These phones are likely in sealed off shipping containers, with tons of them being shipped to specific areas of the country, and they can’t just open it up and find your iPhone when there’s thousands in one of those containers, it would add so much time and effort and could cause other orders not to be delivered on time.I also requested a delivery address change, as I am at college in a different state than my Verizon billing address. My shipment is now at my home address's destination center; FedEx also told me that it would have to travel there first before being rerouted to my changed address.
