Carrier The Verizon iPhone X Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Lol I just want it to say it’s out for delivery already it just makes me nervous that it hasn’t updated yet.

A knock at the door… I see two packages on the porch (ordered two iphones for myself and my wife) and the delivery driver jumping in the truck and driving off.

My heart rate goes up.... I never receive FedEx shipments this early !!!

I quickly sat the two packages on the couch and snap a photo to send to my friend who is also waiting for his iPhone to be delivered....I had to brag....right?

I send text… I pick up the first box excitedly...it’s heavy....hmm

It’s a damn candle that my wife did not tell me she ordered.....


Pick up the second box thats from Apple .... I realize it’s the Mophie wireless charging pad I ordered two days ago.....


Damn it!!!! Lol

I have to admit, seeing all the stores with lines and people chatting online about the iPhone X has brought that feeling from years ago when I used to lineup in the wee hours for a new Apple product. It’s exciting.

You're probably right. It would be terribly inefficient for them to send out two deliveries going to the same location, of which packages they both had at the same time. Words are hard.
 
Anyone else getting 2 phones by accident? I only wanted 1 but I have 2 on the way. I got charged an upgrade fee for one and didn’t for the other.

Any ideas on what I should do aside from the obvious thing by shipping the extra phone back to Verizon?

Remember the good 'ole days of the "gold rush" for the gold version of the iPhone 5S? Ahhhh those were the days.....

Oh your brave I’m super pumped because I was an jump the line order and I wasn’t supposed to get it until the 10th it’s a long story but when I seen it shipped I was like oh yeah it’s a birthday gift from my husband
