Hopefully those who have received their phones have had no activation issues. A few thread already with several people not able to activate with verizon.

Just got mine, it was out of battery which was weird... charging now
smart move! I want to wait outside with my door open so I can sit in the doorway, but my kitten will try to go outside and I don't feel like going kitty hunting today lol.
My driver apparently attempted to deliver to the wrong house...says nobody was home on the tracking but I have no door tag and have been home waiting all day. **** you fedex

placed pre-order online with 11/10 delivery date. logged on to Verizon website this morning and did online order with store pick up. 1hr later got a email notification my pick up is ready. Came in and out of Verizon less then 10 minutes. I Love you Verizon! XOXOXOXOXO
Yup. Same here. Call fedex and tell them they went to the wrong house. It’s their mistake that needs to be rectified
Package was delivered. Now I just got to get out of work and that’s at six :-( lol.
Omg what a morning.....I somehow got an "escalations department manager" to cancel my messed up/changed address order and ship it back to them, so they can could cancel it and I was able to just snag one in one of my local stores! They still have stock here like crazy its weird....either way MacRumors family, I have it in my possession. It's beautiful and everything I ever wished for. Good luck to everyone else still without it, it will be worth the wait!!
I did the same thing but Never got a ready for pickup notification. I got ahold of the store and was told they didn't have any of the configuration I ordered. Now the online order and pickup in store option is no longer available to me. I think they sold through my phone I ordered for in store pickup. I went ahead and cancelled it. It's a good thing my first phone I ordered is already on the truck for delivery.
I did. They said they couldn't contact the driver and that they'd put some kind of request in in and get back to me. Might call back and complain some more until they actually do something
thats total crap. I have definitely had them contact the driver and then had me meet up with the driver.
How can Fedex not be able to contact a driver? I worked in transportation for a while and being able to talk to/track the driver was an absolute must
Yeah, I think a long time ago we had a tv delivered and they were able to get a hold of the driver and we met with him. UPS does that to my husbands medicine constantly! Im always home because I work from home and they leave notices saying nobody was there

Just say to them, "so you are telling me that you guys have zero contact with the drivers? And they have no way to contact you either?" That kind of sets them up between a rock and a hard place.
Fed Ex drivers can be lazy. I ordered a new iMac a few months ago. I was at home waiting for it. Heard the truck, opened the door just as the guy was going to tag and run without ringing the bell. He didn't even have to computer with him. He left it in the truck, and had to go back and get it. Told him nice try with the tag and run, and told him it was my turn to call and complain.
Well damn. My husband who was supposed to be home to sign for my package decided to go get lunch. Guess what, FedEx tried to deliver and nobody was there so I don't get my phone today. Really hoping I can pick up at FedEx tonight.
That may be a good thing as Verizon is currently having major issues activating the X.
