They are holding one for me as well. Can't pick mine up until after work so I'm hoping they don't give it away. I'm assuming they can't give the reserved phone to someone else if I've already paid for it.

A knock at the door… I see two packages on the porch (ordered two iphones for myself and my wife) and the delivery driver jumping in the truck and driving off.

My heart rate goes up.... I never receive FedEx shipments this early !!!

I quickly sat the two packages on the couch and snap a photo to send to my friend who is also waiting for his iPhone to be delivered....I had to brag....right?

I send text… I pick up the first box excitedly...it’s heavy....hmm

It’s a damn candle that my wife did not tell me she ordered.....


Pick up the second box thats from Apple .... I realize it’s the Mophie wireless charging pad I ordered two days ago.....


Damn it!!!! Lol

Shocked that i walked into a verizon store by me in NJ at 8:20, nothing but employees.

In and out with a 256 Silver in 10 mins or so. Cancelled my 11/17 delivering model.

Anybody having trouble with the phone going into recovery mode and getting an error message? One of my friends already got his and plugged it into his computer to install his backup and it goes into recovery and then gets an error and won’t do anything. He’s going to try it on a different computer and see if it works.

Arrived 12:03 central. In my area FedEx has much earlier deliveries than UPS or USPS so happy Verizon uses them. Good luck to those still waiting. I’m off the set my new phone up.
