What time of day does Verizon usually update from pending to shipped/preparing? I have a business order for 12/1, and I see some of them are shipping now (64 SG)
Has/Can online chat every been able to provide and updates that the site doesn't show? I don't have my ACE center number so I can't track by reference.

I was charged around 8PM MST and received shipping info four hours later via email.
A lot of people had that happen on launch day orders and got an email right away when they attempted the charged with a link to update payment info.
I'm on a business account and did not get an email instead they cancelled my order, the email went to regular accounts though.
Me. Put in a business order about 9AM on 10/27. No movement with mine either.
I read somewhere else that you can order the tmobile version and it is supposed to be unlocked. I was prepaid and did the order how i just told you.. bought a tmobile version then I cancelled it and applied for a verizon post paid account.
I think we are starting to see a lot more movement on orders. I ordered a 64GB Silver with 11/22 ship date and the charge just hit my credit card. Verizon site still says processing and no email with tracking info yet, so hopefully those will come soon too.
I had a 12/1 ship date for a business account and saw that my card was charged last night. No other updates. This is great news because some loser I work with pointed me toward this site and we had the same order time and ship date. No charge on his card yet. Nothing would make me happier than if my phone arrived before this apple fan boys’!
That's good news. Hopefully it ships soon (along with mine) and you get it before the loser at the office lol

Theres nothing anywhere in the state. Nothing in any Apple stores or Verizon stores. Ive tried. It's frustrating because there were actually a good amount of phones available to walk in customers on launch day with minimal lines. I could have walked in and out with a phone Friday morning...
I ordered 3 hours after pre order opened and still waiting on any movement.
What model are you looking for? Some of the local Target stores have the SG 64gb in stock. A few of the Apple stores have sporadically shown the SG 64gb in stock. I'm trying for the silver 256gb

Did it ever update on verizonwireless.com order status, or did it just show up? Yours is a few hours before mine, I got in about 8AM PST, so maybe within the next couple of days.
