My order just got jumped ahead as well. Had 2 iPhone X (space gray, 64 GB) scheduled for 11/15 delivery from Verizon. This morning I got the ship email with tracking numbers saying scheduled delivery as 11/8 (this Wednesday), so one week earlier. Nice!

Now I guess I have to hurry up and order some grippy cases and AppleCare (unfortunately you can't add this when ordering through Verizon), I was hoping to use the phone case-less but that's probably a bad idea.

Not sure if they aren't selling as well as anticipated, or if they were purposely being conservative with the initial shipping dates until they knew what demand would be, or if they had some breakthrough in production capacity that allowed them to ship more than they thought.

Yup the 12/1 date doesn't seem right. I ordered mine a week ago and got the 12/1 date and a week later they are still listing 12/1 for new orders. Seems as if new ones are 12/1 the old ones would be sooner - we'll see.
I have no faith in the accuracy of the Verizon system. My wife picked up an 8+ on the 27 and the Verizon site says order is still processing and check back. Of course on the front page it shows her phone.
I seriously considered going to another source several which had better dates but I figured my phone had to come before the 1st.

Ordered a 7 Plus 256 in Jet Black last year which barely moved for weeks, and this year I just had to go with a Silver 256, which seem to be trickling out too hahaha 11/22 date, no change to report
 
Strange... I talked to a few different reps over the phone regarding this issue and nobody once said it wasn’t something they couldn’t do. They all were more than willing to create a ticket for an address change.

Verizon’s website had a bug with entering a different shipping address than billing. One rep on the phone acknowledged this issue and said they were aware of it. Perhaps for this preorder cycle they changed policy since the screwup was on them for not allowing an address to be changed on checkout.

Then they might have lifted it cause any other time at our station we are required (and do) send them back if wrong/bad/old address. Our couriers/agents can’t make an address change w/o VZW authorization.

Just to clarify, all address changes referenced on this thread were made directly through Verizon, not with FedEx. Verizon then created tickets that got sent to FedEx to adjust the addresses. I think it’s a complete disgrace that FedEx was not able to competently then process these address changes whilst the shipments were being held at the Memphis location. Truly disgraceful

First part youre correct on VZW and being thru them...

The rest about FedEx you don’t understand how the process works with them. Nothing like that is done in Memphis.
 
I ordrered from Verizon a 256GB space grey and received confirmation email at 3:35am on 10/27 i had a ship date of 11/22, my card was just charged about 20 minutes ago so hopefully i get tracking soon.
 
Ordered 6:30am EST. 12/6 ship date. No movement.

I called my local Verizon store on launch day and they had some 64gb's in stock. After thinking about it today, I could get away with using a 64gb if I move some stuff around and consolidate data on the phone that I really don't need to store on the phone. Now that I make my decision and call all the local Verizon stores, nobody has anything.

Irritation. I should have picked up a 64gb on launch day. Really hoping for a tracking number this week...

My company had Verizon order mine the night it was released. I ordered a Space Gray 256. Ship date is December 6th and has shown no improvement. So it could be worse... I ordered before you and am getting my phone after you :). Seriously hoping with all the cancellations and speed increase in manufacturing that I’ll get mine before Thanksgiving. Haven’t seen anyone with a Verizon business order get moved up yet though...
*Business Account as well*I ordered mine @ 7 AM pre order day.... still have an exp ship date of 12/1 and 12/6 for my other iPhone x... not sure why us business lines got tossed in the back like this.

so my order finally went in at 2pm central time which yes it kinda late.

i got a delivery day of 12-13 it totally sucks.

i ordered iphone x 256 Spacegray

does anyone have the same shipping date, i feel like i am the only one.
 
Business order placed around 4am CT on 10/27 with an estimated ship date of 12/1 (SG 64GB).
Card was charged last night, shipped today, delivery tomorrow.
 
does anyone else have a 12/6 ship date? I pre ordered the 256GB SG like 4 hours after the pre order opened.

No movement or changes yet.......

I just put an order in on our business account today for 256GB Space Gray and it has a 12/13 date. I gotta figure your order will get bumped up since people ordering 10 days after you are getting the same date.

Are you a business customer or no? I hope mine ships. I ordered 2 64gb in silver and have 12/1 too.
 
11/22 ship date for a Silver 256. Charged last night, shipped this morning, here Thursday!

I ordered a 256gb SG 3 hours after pre order opened. Same date. No movement.

My company ordered mine the morning of as well. Same color and storage. Same date... no movement either. I have to believe we will see ours move up in the next week though. This is just based on what I have been reading on these forums with everyone else having theirs moved up. *fingers crossed*

Thinking about calling them after work just to verify.
