8+ 256 SG ordered 9/15 @2:49am EST on Verizon's webpage, original ETA 9/22. Just logged into my account and my order says " Your order has been shipped. Shipment day 9/21/17, FedEx next day shipping". Tracking shows its currently in PA at warehouse. Deliver by 9/22 4:30pm.

I had an original order from 2am but had to cancel and reorder due to something on Verizon's end so I ended up reordering Friday night. They put in an escalation for a 9/22 delivery date. Haven't gotten charged yet so I'm wondering if mine will be one of the last ones

Google FedEx signature waiver form or something like that and you can tape it to your door and they’ll leave it.

I can confirm this. I've done this the past 3 years and it works everytime. I've just left a signed note on the door with the tracking number and that's enough for them.
