I just called FedEX to ask about setting up a narrower delivery window (during which I'll actually be home), but they wouldn't do it. So, I suppose the event called "me getting my ipad tomorrow" is completely up to chance at this point. I'm going to work, simply because I refuse to take a day off for this. But, my Friday hours are short, and I REALLY hope that, somehow, the hours I'm home coincide with the time FedEX shows up.

I was reassured during the phone call that I could pick it up tomorrow night at the facility, if I miss the delivery. I suppose I'm just being paranoid, but I'd prefer to be here for the delivery.

I want my toy!!!!!!!

I have received my shipping confirmation and now I need to hope the shipping department, is on its game tomorrow and will process my shipment so I can get it tomorrow. Otherwise I will be at a bar early in the evening drinking away my sorrows. It has been a long wait, now I need to buy accessories.

Approximately 400 miles (about 6hr 45min) from my home in Ventura County, CA. Estimated delivery Apr 30, by 3pm.

Another VC person, I live in SV and work in TO. Now I just need Amgen shipping dept to process my delivery to work so I can have by 4:30 at the latest when they close.

Mine seems to also be sitting in Nashville since 6 am. No other updates yet and my CC hasn't been charged. But I'm sure the dog will bark and let me know when the Fed Ex guy shows up tomorrow!!

Has anyone ever pre-signed for a product this expensive?

I was checking my tracking and I really hate it when I see stuff like this, as it tends to make me believe someone is messing up my shipment. see below.

Why is it back at the original Destination? This is confusing. It left Rancho Cordova, CA and now it is scanned as leaving there again nearly 11 hours later. I live in Las Vegas, only appx 4 hours away. I hope this reaches me
tomorrow on time.

What do you think? Do you see anything like this on your tracking?

So far it's okay!

My account has not been charged yet or posted. It is in transit and left nashville, tenn. It should be at my location by 4:30p. I work overnight. So, I am planning to wake up early to answer the door. I figure the Fed-ex will be at my location b/n 1230p to 3p. So, I am planning to wake up at 12p. I may go back and get so more sleep, but who knows. I wonder, if apple sold over 2 million units in 27 days?

Well I just can't understand FedEX mine was picked up from Middleburg, PA which is approx. 4 hours from my home, went to Newark, NJ which is 8 hours from my home, to INDIANAPOLIS, IN where it arrived at 4:49 am, which is approx. 15 hours driving time from my house. Apple really wants it to get here Buffalo, NY by 3:00 I feel that that will tough, lets see.

I received my shipment notice this morning. It was picked up in Middletown, PA about 8:30 this morning. I live in Southern, MD. It's due to be delivered by 3:30 tomorrow afternoon. Standard overnight delivery. iPad 3g 64gig
Ordered mine March 12.

My iPad was delivered about 12:15 this afternoon. It took just a few minutes to setup. I'm showing full bars with AT&T where my iPhone only shows three.

I've tried both ways and holding it without the Apple case is more comfortable.
