Over here
Mine is in the UK now, heading for delivery on Monday, but it's quite sad how you even track the flight to ensure it makes good time, but fun though. I am sure no other person waiting on a non-Apple device does what we do :D

Looks like I’m back. I picked up an 8GB RAM MBA but I’ve ordered a 16GB RAM MBA as I keep swapping into 1GB + with IntelliJ open

UPS Hong Kong ... Departed the facility! (2:38 local time)

... Looks like it's on UPS1 I expect it's going to Cologne. But maybe not directly the current route is too far south.
Mine left at 2.38 too, probably sat next to yours in the crate lol

the delivery for an upgraded one was taking too long. Then surprisingly I found the one I was looking for, in store today. MBP 16GB and 1TB Storage. Man I’m so happy I could get it so fast. In the middle of setting up now.

I am indeed. Is yours being delivered by DHL too?
It is indeed!

Which is strange because I remember stuff being delivered by UPS in the past from Apple and you could track it's progress all the way from China. Instead of only being able to track it once it reaches Europe.

@Nero182 It is strange, I don't understand why some people are having theirs sent by a different courier, especially since UPS seem a lot better at tracking than DHL.

If it's any consolation DHL do seem to deliver it pretty quickly once it reaches the UK.

I seriously hope tomorrow is our lucky day and we finally see movement.

I have not received a package from DHL for twenty years I think. They shut down a hub in my area a long time ago.

So I woke up this morning filled with hope that something would have actually happened with my Mac mini, but..... nope. Nothing.

I see 3 promising Cargo flights that might contain ours. We are on day 5 of waiting for our BTO order so if I don't see movement today i'm going to be seriously miffed.

For those, like me, who’s M1’s were sat in HK for three days and have now moved to Sherjah, the only UPS flight I can find to Cologne left Sherjah a short time ago.

No update on my UPS tracking number yet though. Still shows M1 sat in Sherjah.

Lets see, could also be this one which left an hour after the tracking update and is landing very soon:
(Dubai is only an estimate from Flightaware, the don't have the flight schedule)
Hmm. Would definitely have expected the tracking page to show “departed Sharjah” by now if it were that one. Trying to find schedule of future flights. No luck so far.

Ordered my base MBA as soon as the Apple site allowed. I received it Tuesday 17th Nov. To cut this story short my machine experienced issues that Apple couldn't sort out. They had 2 goes.
Posts the next few days show my machine need go through "config 2" install with another Mac. I was not alone, same issue for many others. Apple said there is no fix (at the time of my issue) I don't spend money on goods and then have to fix them with forced software installs. I initiated a return for the MBA and adaptors I purchased. The goods went back the next day.
I wasted hours trying to sort out an issue that Apple should have known about if they had applied due diligence pre shipping.
I could have done the config 2 as I have a MBP. But the goods were not fit for purpose.
Will I get a new MBA M1 ? not at the moment.

The UPS tracking might have lost the detailed tracking info but third party sites can retrieve it, my tracking shows it leaving Sharjah, defo on flight UPS1:
