No, the even more annoying thing is that those arm rests do t even come with the chair. They’re separate items and not been in stock in ages! Now having to stalk the ikea site as well as my apple order

I am waiting on a 14" Max with 32 GPU Cores and 64gigs+2TB.
Changed my order a good few times so it is coming 11-24 of Jan.
Currently using the standard 14" (1TB+16 gigs of RAM) but decided to stick with the current order.
£1500 on top for 4X the RAM, 2X the storage and 2X the GPU cores.
Luckily the store was more than happy to let me use this temporary machine up until 08.01.22 so there won't be much of a gap.

Here are some pics and more details about each sleeve.
I also found that running my current MacBook Pro 14" on low power mode (have it set up to switch low power on when on battery) significantly extends battery life without an obvious performance impact. Which makes the prospect of having a Max less concerning for battery performance.

I selected the 64Gb option for my 16" 10/32 Max, there is a huge difference between a max with 32Gb and the 64Gb model, if you order now the former has a delivery window Dec. 7-14, the latter 6-8 weeks

Finally home sooo happy, managed to play with it for a short time before heading out again.

Just returned my 14" 10/16/16/1TB in silver. To powerful for what I need and the battery was below factory spec out of the box according to Coconut Battery. Will re-order a base 14" with 1TB once the money goes back in the account. Don't mind waiting the month when I'm saving £300 and I can get by with my trusty 2014 for the extra time.
Also if anyone is still waiting for their 14" and is upgrading from a 13" then old sleeves should fit as long as there not tight fit. I have a Herschel sleeve from my 2014 13" and the 14" fits perfectly.

Those battery small percentages shouldn’t really make a difference in real usage, should they?
But if you think the lower spec is enough, so be it!
PS my 16 pro max is way over specked, but I’ve settled to that decision….
Nope nothing to worry about if not anything but frustrating. You’ll get in during that window. There have been a good few which have shipped direct from the uk so no china shipping at all.
Usually it’s apple vouchers with purchases of varying degrees. Pretty sure the newest hardware won’t be included.
