Yes, me too! Finally went through on about the sixth attempt though so keep trying.
My daughter just woke up for a drink of milk so after giving it to her I checked the Apple site and ordered a 64GB 3G iPad 
Woke up just now as I often do in the night, checked the site from my iphone and then bopped on over to my macbook pro -- and ordered a 32GB wifi plus dock and camera connection kit. Order went through fine, but no confirmation email from them yet (used my mobileme address).
Anyone not got the confirmation email yet either ?

Ordered about 20-30 minuets ago. No e-mail here. Used the account i use with iTunes.
Thanks for that, I used my itunes account too - seems it must be "normal" then and nothing to worry about. Off to bed again now.
well i'm just thinking if i download an app on my iphone it might take a few hours to get the electronic receipt. maybe its just something apple is slow at. emailing you your receipt. can't wait to get my hands on my iPad now lol
Woke up, and decided to check the Store. Ordered 32GB 3G and the Apple case, and also an o2 sim card on the same order.
Quick question though. If the cases aren't available by 28th...I assume Apple will split the order, and still send the ipad......is this correct?

Ordered a 32Gb 3G one and O2 sim (look at Vodafone's extortionate tariffs! They've always been bad, but this is awful!)
Card got declined a few times too. Just did a bank transfer
Can't wait for this! Gets delivered on the day of my last exam. I get to finish my last (easy) exam, effectively graduate my 4-year degree, and come back home to find an iPad waiting for me.
That day is going to be epic.

Ordered a 16GB WiFi for the wife and a 64GB WiFi for myself at 5am this morning. Woo! No problem with credit card.
I see the Apple accessories are there as well (obviously), but I wonder how long it will be before third-party stuff is available. I need a Belkin Grip Vue!

You ordered exactly the same as me - I was wondering the same thing. It did say on checkout that it would all be shipped together in one shipment when all items become available. If the case is not in stock near the 28th I will phone up and remove it from the order I think, I don't want it holding up the order!
Just ordered the 16Gb and dock from the German store! A nice suprice to see it as 499 instead of 514. Yes it is a marginal difference, but as we all know, the ol' _ _.99 trick does work! Ah well, very happy to finally know I will have an iPad in less than three weeks. In International iPad waiting times, that's like yesterday!

Ordered mine earlier. Also selected all three micro-SIMs (just to be safe), but it only processed one. Not really a problem as there's plenty of mobile shops around where I work anyway.

pre-ordered 32gb and Apple case. No receipt but logging onto internet banking my available balance and my actual balance are different by the tune of £529, so Apple have deffo put a hold on my monies!
To those paying the extra £100 for 3g, can I ask why? I'm curious as you can get a miwi for <£50 and you can of course tether with your iPhone for free (if it's jailbroken and you use mifi) and without issue I reckon because your iPad data use isn't going to be any heavier than your iPhone as you can do much the same on both devices.
