I got a message saying my order was ready to pick up from the Apple Store, but the check-in window is tomorrow.
Wonder if I would’ve been able to pickup if I had gone in before it shut today?

I‘ve had a phone change to shipping at gone 11pm and still received it on release day
I ordered mine via EE last night… have just received my text from DPD saying the parcel is on the way to the depot!
You are right. Just had text from DPD with the PIN for the delivery driver For tomorrow. In the DPD App it’s on its way to my local depot. The PIN is also on the DPD App as well. Thank You
What sort of instructions do they give you in relation to giving the PIN to the courier? Am nervous after the comment above getting a call to courier asking for it pre delivery.

This is confusing me because DPD hasn’t sent me any PIN for courier, nor have I ever had this happen.
I suspect it’s a combination of factors that determine if you get a pin from DPD.
If you have one it’ll be really obvious in the app for the item you’re tracking.
Having spoken to DPD after my issues they said 100% don’t give the pin until you have your delivery.
This should only be an issue if you have a concierge as I don’t recall an option to authorise release/leave with neighbour.

Keep on getting an error saying member doesn’t allow access to their profile or something
I didn’t get a PIN for an Air 5 delivered by DPD in 2022 so if not everyone has a pin now, it might only be on high end models. There’ve been cases of Amazon (in particular) orders not containing what they should so for higher value deliveries I film the unboxing. Better to have it than not, especially if you have to give a pin and are not allowed to inspect the contents first (doubtful, as that would multiply the time taken for each delivery.)
Well it’s just gone midnight and my ee order for the air cellular is still stuck on awaiting dispatch.. so not looking great for tomorrows delivery
