How do you find the case? Read somewhere that it’s not worth the money? How receptive are the buttons ?

Buttons are fine, more than fine. For £4.19 I am surprised at how good it is. Given some are saying the clear Apple are slippy this is not - but then it’s not a hard shell case. It’s quite a rigid soft case if that makes sense.

Sending back another case I bought at £11 as cheap crap.

.....so what’s the general consensus with iOS 13 - buggy or good to install on an iPhone XS?!
Probably worth holding out for 13.1 on Tuesday. There weren’t any showstoppers in 13.0 for me during beta. Yes there were lots of bugs, but they slowly got addressed. Guess it depends on whether you want to update twice in the span of a few days.

For me, iOS 13 has been very stable all throughout the Beta period on an XS Max, all the way to the GM. It is NOT as stable on the 11 Pro that's for sure. I expect that's why Apple are rushing for 13.1 release on Tuesday.

I put 13.1 beta 4 on and it's more stable than 13 final.

Guessing some difference in the hardware was accounting for difference in stability between the XS Max and the 11 Pro.

Is this the ringke case? I must admit it’s rather good for such a dirt cheap price too. It’s quite grippy (almost a sticky feel), I’m very glad I didn’t go for the Apple clear case at 10x the price after hearing how slippery it is.

Only thing I have noticed that’s a bit annoying is that it attracts bits of fluff and dust easily.

Ultimately I will stick with a plain black case as I usually do, but the ringke really is impressive for being a cheapie.

I’m having second thoughts

Particularly tempted by getting the normal pro (non-max) on iPhone payments. Love the XS Max but the size is very very cumbersome. Has anyone gone from XS Max to standard 11 Pro and if so how are you finding the transition in screen size? Had the X before and switched to the Max after having the 7+ previously.

I have done this and no regrets so far. I always found the XS Max a burden in anything other than a controlled environment and the 11 pro max is slightly bigger in every dimension and heavier too. That was enough for me to shift to the smaller model.

I’m sure I will miss the larger screen but overall happy with the move so far.

I have the clear Ringke and I'm really impressed for the price. I will go for an Otterbox when it's released but for now it's pretty good.

I ordered a midnight green max from Amazon for delivery today but last night decided I could not justify the extra cost over a 11 so went to the Carphone warehouse and bought an 11 in red. Got home and my wife who was having my X decided she wanted the red 11 so now I have bought an 11 and a pro max. Been an expensive wee after saying I wasn't going to upgrade.

Has yours been dispatched yet? Doubt mine is arriving today as no email..

My order has now changed to arriving Monday so I am inclined to change and go and pick up one of the many in stock at my local Apple store.

Does anyone know if I upgrade my iPhone and I keep the same number will all my current friends on the app ‘find my friends’ still be there?

Also, will my iPhone X SIM card fit in the iPhone 11 pro?

Thanks
