Speechless that the price has gone up, $999 vs £1049, no ****ing chance.

The USA price of the Pro models stayed the same. It’s a currency exchange difference - directly caused by the drop in value of the £.
£1049 for iPhone 11 Pro. Increase from XS. Taking a bloody piss.
Always upgrade year by year for the latest iPhone. This year marks the first time that I won’t. I’m happy with my XS Max and 11 Pro doesn’t show enough for me to fork over £1000.

Considering the noticeable effort made to make virtually everything else they announced more enticing, the Pro pricing is surprising to me. Certainly makes that free TV+ thing less of a feature if you’re going for the Pro.
Battery and, er, price ?Safe to say I don’t think there will be the mad rush to avoid not getting a day one delivery like there was for the X release 2 years ago!
Seriously though if anyone can actually point out the big differences without mentioning the word ‘camera’ ....
I’ll be keeping the XS for now, if price stayed the same I would’ve changed with 128 base. I wonder how much Apple TV+ For the UK £6.99?
brexit is the cause for the exchange rate difference what else has caused the pound to fall so much against the dollar since errm brexit day ??
apple will cite unpredictable exchange rate as an excuse to increase prices as who knows what will happen upto and after the 31st october. They are just covering themselves for any significant drops in the pound over the next 12 months.
Hopefully by this time next year they won't be able to cite this as an excuse and perhaps the pound might rise abit if we regain our sense and stay in the EU

I was going to order the 2018 ipad pro but may wait until october to see if theres any updates there was no macbook updates so assume they may announce any minor upgrades for the ipad at the same time.

Incredibly there are people who haven’t noticed the significant fall in the value of sterling since the referendum. Still, we’re taking back control, so there’s that.
£1049 for the base model Pro (in that sexy, sexy green.) Bit disappointing that the price has gone up.
Hopefully I'm able to buy it from Curry's because I can get a bit of a discount and pick it up for £975 if so. Currently using an S10 and I bloody miss iPhone so it'll be worth it to come back.

I wanted big camera improvements so least we have that and badly wanted a night mode...that said i’m Still undecided about upgrading at the moment. Got a few days to think.

On another note, I wonder if we could see Always On Display on next years iPhones - its coming to watch this year, a bit like 3D Touch came to the watch before the iPhone
If it wasn’t for wanting the Max size, I’d be staying put. So I most likely will be buying. I was set on silver but the green model has given me pause.
Currently leaning towards the iPhone 11 which thankfully also got the camera improvements I was looking for (ultra wide and night mode).
Going to have to sleep on it though
