I too did a reservation in store for the 20th - I am undecided on if I actually want this phone so this is much better than paying online.

Meanwhile I see 3 have managed to forget to add the new iphones to their site even though its 13 minutes since pre-orders started...
 
As expected, order for iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB in Space Grey went through at 13:02 without a hitch followed by an almost instantaneous confirmation email from Apple.

For me the Apple Store via the app didn’t come up until 13:01 or 2.

Collecting from local Apple Store 10:00-10:30am next Friday. Excellent!
 
Reserved a couple of 256GB 11 Pro under the iUP as I’m undecided if I’m going to bother or not and, if I do, space grey or midnight green. Gives me another week to decide, if I go ahead I’ll be buying outright - not under the iUP.

Where did you see this out of interest? I went through IUP in the Apple Store App in iPhone and when I got through to picking a slot, all the times were on the Friday. Just checked again and it’s still the case.

In the end I just did a regular order (i.e. paid in full) and will collect on Saturday and ask them to refund it and put it onto IUP.
 
So just used my card to order the green iPhone Pro on Apple's website and I'm also on the phone to Vodafone processing an upgrade (sorry I double parked!) :D

I will most likely cancel Vodafone new contract and remain on my old one as they are ridiculous. £85 per month for unlimited data and unlimited download speeds (they are now capping download speeds). Plus £15 for Apple Care per month. Ridiculous.

I need to dig out my comments from two years ago when I bought a draw full of clear cases - can't remember what I ended up preferring (actually used a leather case on my X but may want a clear case for my red 11). I think Ringke was nice
 
That was straightforward. Despite my insistence I wouldn’t be upgrading this year, I’ve caved and gone for the 64GB Silver Pro.

It was almost too easy. Somehow getting a launch day order is more of an achievement when your have to fight the the Apple website :)

unexpected bonus: work recently offered us AirPods, which I wouldn't have bought with my own money, but may as well for free.

Postie just brought them at 1.10PM, so I have something shiny to distract me for a short while ...

I am trying to order via the iPhone upgrade programme. This is the first time that I have ordered this way. When I choose the store to pick it up from it says that the service isnt available. Is this normal for pre-orders?

...must be loads of stock then as only just logged in!

Although it says IUP in the email - can you opt for iPhone Payments instead?
