I also now reserved one as I am considering UP. Until now I have paid in full each year.... Unsure what to do...
if you buy every year, and want apple care its not a bad deal. Unless you don't like the idea or credit against you.. lots will want to pay out upfront.

Don't hold your breath.
i reckon this year the iphone sales will be down. Many X and XS people will be holding on
Perhaps next year with 5G it will kick up ...
Thing is, they aren't really aiming at us nerds who (mostly) get a new phone every year. Most people have a 2-3yr upgrade cycle, so their target audience this year is people with a 7 or 8 - it's a pretty decent upgrade over either of those. Normal people won't be rushing to get their order in at 1pm either...

Still nothing on 3 website (for my wife)!!

proper rubbish on their behalf....

Ordered my phone, only worrying thing now is where the hell my watch order has gone!! It’s disappeared from the damn order section

My watch has disappeared too.. but it does say your orders will be updated in a few hours.

A quick Q if I may...

If someone has ordered a Max for delivery on launch day, but isn’t home from holiday until the next day, could they take that still boxed phone into their closest Apple store and get it put on the Upgrade Program?

Asking for a friend...

Ironically been on hold for 35 minutes now with Vodafone who are having issues processing orders

Perhaps Apple are hacking them for starting 30mins early ;)

Pretty sure other people have done that previous years (Jinjin I think?).

Midnight Green Max 256 has slipped now - 23 Sep - 25 Sep

Not by much though.
store has only been open 15 mins though

I’m surprised to see so many have gone for the green. Although, that’s what I chose also :)

Just seen the Barclays declined the payment, hoping Apple will retry it rather than bounce my delivery date :(

I got mine ordered through Vodafone just before 1PM. Price plans are ridiculous, but with discount and the Entertainment passes, it works out pretty well for me.

11 Pro Max - Midnight Green 64GB
Unlimited Max with Entertainment

Should be £91 a month  but with discounts and the Spotify membership thrown in worth £10 a month (which I already pay for anyway), it works out at £70 a month - which is cheaper than iUP plus my original sim only (£83). Plus Vodafone now offer 12 month upgrades.
