Oh dear. My iPhone 11 Pro's battery health is at 83%. That is pretty much charging it wirelessly overnight every night. By the end of a day I'm usually under 10% and full by morning. Not sure how I managed to lose 17% in a year. On the plus side, I should get a healthy boost when the 12 Pro arrives!

Blooming heck that’s a good deal. I’d ring again but it was a bit of a faff getting mine sorted. I tried to upgrade online and the code provided for the discount wasn’t working. I rang the number on here and a lady said she’d sort it and I had to have a new sim sent and my tariff would activate when the sim was inserted. This immediately raised suspicions so I rang back. Turns out the lady had setup a new line on my account!

Spoke to a very helpful fella who cancelled this new line and sorted it all out. He was very apologetic. I’ve had email confirmation now and it’s all gone through my end and my paperwork through on this live chat portal thing.

EE have had enough of my time today!
Guess it's a bit of luck of who you get through to. I did everything through chat and always ask them to follow it up with email or texts. I used a Blue light card for the 20% They asked me to go to the perks website but that didn't seem to work so I just gave the agent the generated BLC code and he found a way to add it to my account.

Getting the extra £5 loyalty discount was straight forward. It's just a case of going back and saying 'Thanks for applying the 20% perk but I noticed there is no discount for being as a long term ee loyal customer, can you reduce this a bit more?' The lady actually said it was not possible to apply both a perk and loyalty discount but as always they find a way if you push hard enough.

£5 was what they offered, I guess I could have been greedy and asked for more but I thought the original deal was good enough

It’s a code I got through work. Had to sign up to the EE perks website and it generates it for you. You can then enter it online (when it works) or give it over the phone.
EE Perk right? I have that as well, sadly the code doesn't work for me either when I try to checkout.

If only your battery health had degraded another 4% (to below 80%) you'd be entitled to a free replacement from Apple.

Hi Luke can I use this on my existing Quidco account if I buy the iPhone with my partners new very account. I have claimed from very before (my account) on this Quidco account so not sure if it’s an issue. Secondly if we use a code to get further discount - £30 off for new customers will the Quidco still track? Thanks
Not too sure about that tbh! It might still go through but I think the order has to be in the same name as the Quidco account - maybe just have your partner make their own Quidco account? I actually made a new very account in my name (despite already having one) to get the cashback to track and it worked

Just gave EE a call back and they were able to give me the unlimited 5G smart plan for £22.40 instead of 28 as they had messed up the online order I did yesterday which was 200GB for £20 might give them a call back next week to see if they can give the loyalty discount but not too worried if not as they already waived the early upgrade fee of £63 for me

Is anyone here with ordering from Currys?
May I know how the stock situation stands for launch day delivery order?
I contacted web chat and specialist say no idea when the stock will be in.
Well the website does say delivery for 23/10/20 so they should be on delivery date? I ordered from Argos and contacted them yesterday and advised my order is for launch day. I’ve heard curry’s aren’t good with preorders

Yah, that’s my concern. I think I should wait their email response tomorrow. And accept/cancel order accordingly.

I just chatted with EE online, they applied my 20% discount code to my tariff. Seemed simply enough.
This was the £20 pm for 100GB data, which is now cheaper :)

Looking to get my 12 max pro off Currys so should be interesting come pre-order day

having checked my 5G coverage at home, there isn’t any there, however my work address does have 5G coverage, however looking at the map, my office (the circle) is about what, 10 feet from no coverage. Hope I’m not that close is fluctuates between the twoView attachment 968349
5G is not that good inside buildings yet as the frequencies UK networks are using (3400Mhz) are not good at penetrating them, when they start offering 5G at 700Mhz then you will get it reliably, so don’t raise your hopes for inside coverage.

Hi so I am not getting anywhere for with EE. While I’m on £25 for 200GB, I think there are better deals to be gotten with them. Can’t get them to change on live chat.
so while I’m on EE’s 14 days, can I transfer my number to Three let’s say, then transfers back to EE within Three’s 14 day period to get a new customer deal on EE?

thank you

That might work.

Have you looked at getting a 20% discount with various codes and such?

I haven’t. I just told them that others I know have the same plan but better pricing. They claim otherwise.
I’ve read the posts but don’t see any codes and 20% related to NHS/students etc ?

I also cannot get anywhere with EE.

I have seen a few on here with £15 for 100gb 5G plans but they will not budge. I have been with them for well over 10 years too. Really frustrating.

I am currently on 10g for £10 p/m, 4G only. I don’t need anymore than that but I really want to get a decent 5G deal in place; any discount codes would be appreciated.

Exactly the same as me. “We haven’t done that deal”

Are you calling up or going through Live chat? I've found live chat way better. Sometimes I tell the agent if they sort me out I'll drop them some lovely feedback as a lot of them get a bonus based on positive feedback.

There's also http://perk.ee.co.uk :) All you need is a corporate email address.
Thank you! Says my corporate email isn’t registered. I don’t have an employee card as it’s a small Company. Hmm. Thank you, tho.
people on here are awesome.
looks like I have to go thru the hassle of 14 days stuff. As I use an esim, I cant transfer to EE PAYG either during the 14 days, I don’t think.
