I haven’t told my hubby I’ve ordered the Pro Max yet. We’ve both been homeworking since March so he has a fair idea of my online shopping habits with all the deliveries that would normally go to my work! Actually did the pre order on the app (having pre approved first) whilst we were eating lunch and he didn’t notice 😂

I also use Apple Pay on watch and iPhone so much. In fact haven’t used chip and pin since February and as a result I can’t recall my actual PIN number anymore! I can however recite my 16 digit card number, expiry date and sec number by heart.......due to online shopping!

Things like Driver’s Licenses, ID cards, some store cards and office entry cards just can’t be digitised onto an Apple Watch or even into Apple’s Wallet app so these need to be carried inside some kind of wallet.

Personally, for me, nothing beats my TrayVax Ascent Wallet (Google it) - nothing even comes close.

Was the scratch there when you bought it ? Or has the case you protected it in caused it ?

Yeah been using the Secrid stuff for ages and the mini wallet can fit all the cards , notes and receipts that I need on a day to day. Also the wallet is RFID safe so it cards can’t be skimmed whilst inside.

I think you will be ok. Apple process thousand of returns every day and I dont think their quality control for returns can accommodate close minute inspection

I returned a £1,600 MacBook Pro once and they didn’t even open the box to check it was there, so I wouldn’t worry about it lol.

Wasn’t there when I bought it and it’s generally in a case. That’s what It looks like when you shine it towards a light and now I’m worried incase anything happens.

You think so? I’m just hoping nothing happens. I’ve attached a pic to show you what it looks like when shined under a bright. Worrying times for me now.

It was this and the normal silicone case which I generally alternate with. But I just can’t seem to fathom how those would create that scratch unless something else happened. I do tend to use the phone naked but when I do, I’m extremely careful with as I never put anything inside my pockets with the phone included and I never leave it next to items that could scratch it.

I’m sure you will be okay with that. Even if they queried it you could always say that it came in that condition and that you just accepted it as it was as it wasn’t that noticeable
 
If anyone’s interested I use a zenlet 2 plus card holder all the way from Taiwan. This mofo was expensive I tell ya! It is very good at what it does though and it doesn’t look too bad either.

I’m in the same boat, well 3 mins late! The order west through at 13:26 largely because the site didn’t go live until 13.09 abs it kept coming up with an error message when trying to pay. Im hoping after the first day release the 30th delivery date moves to an earlier date as currently if you ordered it now delivery is the 24th-1st so surely those ordered within 30 minutes of going live will arrive before the 30th. Fingers crossed!
