Bit of an urgent question. I have a number of Apple purchases heading my way this month, including the iPhone which changed delivery dates from the end of the month to today, which is great! However, the DPD website indicates the driver will ask me for photo ID which I don't have right now (I don't drive and I lost my passport recently, haven't been able to get a new one due to COVID). What am I going to tell them? I've only ever bought from Apple in person, does DPD always ask for photo ID for deliveries?
For reference, I checked Apple's FAQ and and shopping pages, it only talks about requiring signatures. DPD's website says photo ID is required to pick up parcels from them but nothing about when they come to your door.

I have never been asked for ID for a delivery courier, UPS, DHL, DPD, etc... not at my front door.
Hello can someone give me advice, I have placed order for iPhone 12 max pro from Apple store, the arrive date is 1st December, which is too long,
I want to cancel it and get it from somewhere else, I looked and I found 2 shops ,
KRSC.co.uk and shop.bt.com both shows if I order I will get it by 13 expected which is way earlier then 1st of December
My question is has anyone had any exp with these shops ? Have u buyed from them
I haven’t so wanted to know if they legit

KRSC says 'Expected to ship from Friday, November 13th'..... 'From' could be anytime doubt it would be Friday!
BT says 'Delivery due date unavailable'.... ??
I think you mean KRCS! They are fine, been about for years. Had many a mac and iPod from them before the prevalence of apple shops.
I bought my last MacBook from them as they had the best price at the time.
Apple have released Plum colour for Apple Watch for solo loop and sports band. That will be nice for those who have ordered plum for iPhone 12....

Apparently my Apple store app tells me I’m eligible for an upgrade from my iPhone 12 pro. It says I only have to pay £620.95 to upgrade. Which is obviously 11 months payments.

You can upgrade anytime as long as you’ve made those 11 payments, clearly not the best UX there from Apple as you’d be way out of pocket if you did so early.
I guess Apple trying to be clear you’re not ‘locked in’
Cheers, bit strange I don’t remember the option being there in the store app on my 11 pro max.
I have used KRCS before and they are an authorized Apple reseller and therefore legit
Might have missed it, it’s been there from my first IUP on the XS.
