Well just received my leather case and screen protectors so all I need now is my shiny new phone to get it suited and booted ready to go out into the big bad world!

BTW the new leather case does not look much bigger than my 11Pro Max but it certainly feels a lot bigger if that makes sense.

I've got my leather case too and totally agree, it doesn't look much bigger - though the 11 Pro Max almost sits 'inside' the new case.

Also, I really like that the front edges of the case don't look/feel like they're going to 'wrap around' the screen. So hopefully, we'll actually be able to reach the sides of the screen on the 12 Pro Max (whereas the 11 Pro Max with a leather case always felt like you couldn't get right to the edge!)

Apple’s terms and conditions (https://www.apple.com/uk/shop/help/returns_refund) say you have 14 days to return.

Ive stopped watching reviews too. End of the day its my money and im happy to spend on iPhone regardless of how good or bad it may be because i hate Android devices with passion. That OS 🤮

I disagree, I went back to Android for a year after being so unimpressed with the incremental step iPhone 11 Pro took vs what Android phones can offer for much less money. Whilst the overlay Samsung software puts on its Android phones is hot garbage, the pure Android experience that Google Pixels offer is still, in a lot ways, a better user experience than iOS.

I'm going back to the 12 Pro Max this year for the Dolby Vision HDR camera & hardware but it definitely isn't for iOS - Apple need to move iOS forward with iPhones in my opinion, especially on the Max versions with all that screen real estate they could really do so much more. Ideally, I would like to see iOS & iPadOS be much more like MacOS in terms of usability. Hoping iOS 14 will offer some useful new features.

As others have pointed out you have 14 days to initiate the return and then 14 days to actually return it (via UPS). The email is confusing but I *think* it means you have 2 days to use the UPS label and then you'll need another. I had the same thing but if you look on apple.com/the apple store app you'll see you have 14 days.
 
I saw someone else spoke to EE and they confirmed it was with DPd

I just went on live chat and they said I have no order so I panicked and phoned them.
The person on the phone called another department and confirmed my order is actually there, has been picked and she said it’s left the warehouse and it will be delivered on the 13th 100%
 
CS will have absolutely no say in the matter and will have enough on their plate getting screamed at by customers whose Xbox pre-orders were pushed back.
Amazon CS rep confirmed monthly payments will be available from 17th November launch day
