I just rang them. He put me on hold to check with other department no DPD tracking yet but confirmed stock had been allocated and picked up by DPD at their warehouse. DPD now need to create a shipment so expect tracking within 24 hours.

Funny how the only guy that has his ordered status change to shipped has disappeared 
Since selling my XS Max I have been using a S8+ until the Pro came out.
Droid is pig awful compared to iOS
For those that ordered from Curry’s, I just had a chat with them online and they said the phones will arrive with them later today and shipped out to customers tomorrow. Personally I don’t believe a word of it but here’s the screenshots from my conversation anyway. It at least gives me hope that we are on track for Friday

I have initiated a return of my iPhone 12 and I can see that the app is telling me that I can return the phone till the 19th but I have just received an email that I have to return it within 2 days. That doesn't make any sense. I tried calling apple but the recorded message says that call later.

New apple macbook air/pro in amazon but not offering 5 monthly payments! Only the old macbook air/pro have that option right now!

I got the email yesterday for a 18th Nov return. Has advised by another poster SS the app that says the 19th
I have a UPS collection booked to pick the Pro up Friday 13th but email said 2 business days yesterday

CS will have absolutely no say in the matter and will have enough on their plate getting screamed at by customers whose Xbox pre-orders were pushed back.

Well just received my leather case and screen protectors so all I need now is my shiny new phone to get it suited and booted ready to go out into the big bad world!
BTW the new leather case does not look much bigger than my 11Pro Max but it certainly feels a lot bigger if that makes sense.

I’m in exactly the same situation but the other day I booked a UPS collection for next Monday (16th) so I’m sticking with that. I’m ignoring the email.

Don’t know if it’s been mentioned but we’re into the extended returns period (until 8th Jan) so will apply to iPhone 12 Pro Max orders (all all Apple Store orders received from 10th Nov).

Hi all! I just got off a live chat with an EE customer service assistant he advised, “the phone is showing as being prepared to be sent to DPD, you'll get a text letting you know it will be going out the next day,”
from my past experiences I’ve received a DPD notification before any EE confirmation, I’ve ordered the 12 pro max 128gb Pacific Blue. Like everyone else in checking the tracking every 2 mins 😂
