For a smaller country we’re not doing too bad compared to our American friends. 15k messages vs 18k and they’ve been able to chat about flights! I work in aviation so the geek inside me kind of misses that ours don’t come from China direct anymore🤓.

One more full day team and then it’s the best day of the year! 😁

Anybody else order their Pro Max through O2? Probably overthinking it, and I'm sure it will be here on Friday, however the website is very vague. Just says that they are holding the phone for launch day. Anybody else seeing any updates?

Nope

Straight swap as per that link nearly all of them do it.

They send replacements via UPS in the UK.
Was told to remove tips and send them back in the same boxes etc...!
But they provided UPS plastic bags to put the boxes in and relevant labels!

Did you have to put a pre-authorisation on your card?

I’ve ordered via O2, seeing the same as you.

Hoping to see movement throughout the day.

You can still order most, if not all, variations of the Mini & Max from O2 for delivery Friday so don’t expect any issues.

I ordered the 12 Pro from O2 and I heard nothing from them until around 15-20 mins after the phone was delivered!
Download and setup the DPD app. They notified me around teatime on the Thursday that it was coming.
