Received a parcel delivery notice from DPD for tomorrow, but it is still showing as Preparing for Dispatch in the app.

I am presuming it is my phone that is on the way!

Yup same here and yes phone is on the way. It’s just not been picked up yet. It’s been assigned to DPD who just need to pick it up

It’s happening. EE confirmed. Dpd upgraded.

Okay so I also got a message from DPD. I’m assuming it’s my iPhone even though on Apple’s site it still says preparing to ship/dispatch. I do have some clothes coming from Hollister tomorrow but already got a message from with tracking info for Royal Mail. So the DPD one must be from Apple. 🤔

Nothing here from DPD annoyingly, but possibly because they don't recognise our postcode in the app. Guess I'll have to wait for Apple as I can't see any other way to track. Grrr.

If you are on phone or iPad following the forum download Tapatalk. Best way to follow and contribute to the forum and you don’t see the poll. It also remembers the last post you saw.

Even when I read the web version (including mobile) it takes me to my last read post. (Obvs need to be logged in)

Can anyone explain this? I placed an order with my hotmail account (normal Apple ID login). Somehow I managed to set my email for the order to my outlook email (don't have a clue how). Today i receive a dispatcj email from DPD to my gmail account.

I have had no emails at all (apart from order email) to either my hotmail or outlook account.

DPD did this for my EE parcel a few weeks ago as well and not sure how/why they have done this?
