I have lots of balls in the air. DPD notification for new iPhone, Amazon notification for new case, UPS notification for replacement airpods, Royal mail notification for AirPods case......balls flying all over the place

He means did they charge you the cost of the new AirPods then refund you when they got your old units back? They usually do that for express replacements of phones etc.

Yes was charged £170, awaiting a refund which I was told would be 24hrs.

As soon as your old AirPods reach apple, they remove the charge against your account.

No notification from the delivery company whoever that may be.

DHL notifications usually come once they have the package - so late afternoon to evening time.

Thanks yes - I have some bits coming from apple as well, delivery today, text message came after 10pm last night.

My last 3 or so Apple deliveries have been DHL, not heard anything whatsoever yet so assuming it’ll be them for me.

It might be that DPD haven't sent all the emails out yet - either way DHL aren't too bad - they do give out 1 hour slots and for me they messaged me 10 minutes before they were due to arrive which was nice

My last delivery (iPhone 12 Pro) was DHL. Not as good as DPD but better than they used to be. Got a 1 hour slot but arrived an hour and a half early at midday. Fortunately I was at home all day anyway.
