I may be wrong but I think you will lose your Apple Watch data if you dont restore. It’s all part of the same iCloud backup. You won’t have health or activity medals etc.
Me too but as in previous years I’ll have my bathroom door open while I’m having my shower (world record fastest ever) and be washing my ears in super quick time so I don’t miss hearing that Knick on the door!
And don’t even talk about my 10 minute walk for my daily newspaper

The current intel modem in the XS Max has drop outs and poor reception.
Part of the restore process will update the phone, no need to setup as new and update

Currently my i12PM is travelling away from me to a “local” depot somewhere near Bristol. I live in London. Despite repeated assurance from DPD’s CS that it will be here tomorrow, I’m convinced it’s going to be a colossal cock up tomorrow.
