What colour did you go for? Silver here although the back is more white. Ordered Baltic blue leather case which is nice combo.
Can you do refunds at the store fronts? How do they work, is it a matter of turning up and asking them to process a return/refund? Also; are they busy? Wouldn’t want to be standing in any lines.
I have the PB and Graphite. I like the blue but don’t like the shade of the blue around. The camera cut out. The graphite feels more stealthy but not much of a change on my 11 Pro Max so not sure what to do.
For those coming from a space grey to PB, what are your thoughts?
Love the design, and size. This thing would be heavenly with ProMotion - I honestly think it’s the only thing (hardware wise) that’s missing from this package. Slightly less bezels and notch and this thing would look like it was from another planet.

Yes returned a watch strap to a store front the other day, very easy.
I have just competed a refund at a store today. Queues were quiet. Lined up outside the Apple store. When I got to the front, the girl scanned my phone, asked for the purchase number and proof of ID. Took three minutes to complete.
Just off thread a little but I went to charge my iPhone 12 pro max last night with my Anker power wave stand only for it not to charge as the blue circle just kept flashing so it appears that it’s not compatible with my new iPhone. Apart from Apple’s own MagSafe charger, what does everybody else use to charge their new phones?. Ideally I’d like a stand to keep by my bed as opposed to having it lay flat whilst charging?.
Exactly the same feeling regarding the blue. I like it but it’s too dark in my opinion. Same with the sides. Gonna change mine to a gold one.
One reason I upgrade to the latest and greatest every year is so I can fill my photo library with the best pictures of my pup.

This is weird. I ordered on Thursday afternoon (Mini, 128GB) and it’s out for delivery today.
I’d look elsewhere - JL or Apple direct.
Just want to add my satisfaction with my new 12 Pro Max to the forum, I think its a good upgrade from my 11 Pro Max
Love the look and feel of it and it is definitely faster not that the 11 was slow in any way.
Just got back from my local O2 store where I recycled my 11 Pro Max and they gave me £578 for it. I know I could get more online but I like that they inspect it there and then and no nasty surprises from selling online.

I went for graphite, just because I always do, tends to be better availability on launch day and I always use a case anyway! Looks nice with the Apple black silicone case and the saddle brown leather case!
No idea - it felt pretty much like they did self destruct! Certainly nothing more than a light knock. I’d suggest they were faulty since the store applied version was no longer available when I needed a second replacement but am not that naive to know that I was the common denominator in 3 cracked screen protectors.
I‘ve never broken a phone or cracked a screen in my puff and I have had pretty much every iPhone since the first. One scratch on the screen of my X has been the only damage..........apart from that time I woke up and found my iPhone sitting in a mug of tea 😂
How do you find the week build on the 12 Pro Max, I thought it was 4th and 5th numbers in the serial number but I have a K and 6 so ***K6*** ?

Apple colours, even when they go by the same name, do tend to vary. Your iPad though is Space Grey isn't it whereas your iPhone is Graphite?
Decided to return my Max, it's just one step to far from my XS Max plus the square side design i feel is more uncomfortable (TPU case seems to dig into my little finger which is positioned over the charge port).
On the Apple order list there isnt an option to return though?! I ordered using Barclays 0%.

I had a similar issue with my wireless charging stand. I wonder if the size of the phone/placement of MagSafe means the coils are a little off, or maybe the magnets interfere with it? My lay flat wireless charger is ok as I can move it on that and if I put the phone on the stand one in landscape, but it doesn’t seem to like it upright 🙁
