WHY WAS THE DELIVERY ESTIMATE CHANGED?
While we do our best to stick to these estimates, unexpected fluctuations in supply or demand, manufacturing issues, or release date changes for new products can occasionally add time to our original availability estimates.

Got mine from amazon a little after 9 this morning,,,it is a beauty, no doubt about it. Took me a couple of hours to purchase AppleCare+ because I have a danish Apple ID, but bought the phone here and live here in the uk. Setting it up was SO easy, so now waiting for the weather to get a little better, and then off to test the camera

Wow I feel really sorry for you, I guess things happen and unusual for Amazon but you dont want to be the person it happens to. If you are in the UK then John Lewis have all 512GB in stock less the graphite colour and can be collected next day at a local store or waitrose, you would get the 2yr warranty as well. Hope you get things sorted, its worth the wait for the camera alone 👍

Thanks. I get amazon vouchers at 7.5pc off, so that made it attractive for me. Normally expect good service from amazon

Christmas Returns Policy

Items purchased at the Apple Online Store that are received between 10 November and 25 December 2020 may be returned up to 8 January 2021. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Apple Online Store Sales and Refunds Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after 25 December 2020 are subject to the Standard Returns Policy.
I have an 11 Pro, that was reserved online and paid in store.

I now want to return it, but how do I start the process?

[Edit] - I think I may have found the answer:

Pickup Point Returns Policy

Returns can be dropped off at any Pickup Point location by printing a returns label from the Self Service website. Once printed, attach the label to your repackaged item and drop off at your chosen Pickup Point within 5 days.
[Edit 2] - That doesn’t work, as the phone doesn't show in my online orders (im presuming as it was originally a reservation for iUP, that turned into a pay in full on the day?

Go into the iOS app and look for it under your orders. This will show you an option to initiate a return, assuming you haven’t had it for longer than 14 days. Alternatively, call Apple.

That’s the thing, because it was originally a reservation for on phone on iUP, that I paid for on the day instead, it doesn’t show in my online orders.

I’m happy to do that, but how do I initiate it?
I’m not at all sure that you have to. When I have returned iPhone purchases to the store in the past I just turned up with the phone in it’s original packaging and proof of purchase, and said that I wanted to return it. They did the rest.

If things are different now because of Lockdown 2.0 then the procedure will either be online or Apple Customer Services should be able to assist you on the telephone.

I hope this helps.

I suspect it’s this one:
Belkin BOOST↑CHARGE 3-in-1 Wireless Charger for iPhone + Apple Watch + AirPods

View attachment 1666386

According to Apple, that device is not suitable for the iPhone 12, only the iPhone 11 etc.

I have the same thing, visible under the right light and angles, and enough gap to fit a piece of paper in.

I don’t like the look of that. Not very “Apple”. I would get it replaced.

For the price it be going back if mine. that isn’t acceptable on a +1k device

Local store has no stock of Pacific Blue and your talking a few weeks for an online replacement and they want the device back first.

Not happy at all
