Tbh EE never promised launch day delivery for Pro Max. From the start they've been telling customers its 14 days maybe thats why peeps who ordered received text or emails to contact EE to confirm order details.

I was, on the phone, at least two time, maybe up to six (I kept calling and being told systems were down, when I asked about launch day delivery I was told no one can order so I can still expect launch day delivery)

Tomorrow is the D day.
If you get text message saying that your price plan has been updated.
Quickly open the DPD app and check tracking.

They've been having issues across the board due to the traffic iPhone has caused. They have been working late for several days trying to identify the root cause and provide a solution. This launch hasn't gone very well.

For anyone worrying about their pre-orders, their fulfillment team is not affected by this.

It’s just been delivered and I have to say I think it’s really nice. Feels lovely in the hand and I really like the material, lovely and soft. I think the taupe will go really nicely with the blue titanium.

I’m sure it won’t age well but I do look after my devices and accessories.

run your nail along and see if the mark remains? that's my worry, it will look battered after a few weeks of use

just wait and see... these first line support people spout all sorts of tosh sometimes..

I'm sure they'll have some phones for launch!

Ordered some Xtremeskins as they seem to get high praise in here. Really don't want to put a case on so this seems like a solid middle ground.

yep usually 2 queues.. one for reservations, one for walk-ins..

they do seem to let people in to mooch around but in limited numbers as said
 
Just picked up my cases - one is Apple and the other is Amazon.

It's so weird holding a Pro case as I am going from a Pro Max to a Pro but I've slipped them into all my handbags and am soo happy I'll have a phone that finally fits and doesn't take up all the space and doesn't weight a ton!!!

I love the look of a very minimalist clear case but with the ring you can’t get the “no case” look. I do love using my MagSafe charger. Maybe it’s time for someone to invent a clear MagSafe ring for clear cases 😂😜
