Yep had the usual DPD notification that they are expecting my currys order which came before the currys dispatch email

Yep I have a tracking number on the CPW/Currys website. Although no email from DPD themselves. I see the below on their website when entering the tracking number

Parcel collected from sender

Your parcel is due for delivery Friday. Your 1 hour time slot is available as soon as your parcel leaves your local depot, this is usually by 11:00.

Just got this text
Hi from EE. We just want to let you know that everything is on track with your order for your iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it should be delivered in the timeframe you were given when you placed your order. We are working hard to get your iPhone 15 Pro Max to you as soon as possible, and there is no need to call us to get an update on its progress. We will be in touch with further updates before we despatch your phone.

Seems most on EE forum got the same text
Timeframe?

Did you check out as Royal Mail or Kiosk?

Because Royal Mail prices were higher than Kiosk on their website.
I checked out as Kiosk. UR prices are the same. It gave me a price of £490 for mailing in, but £470 for kiosk price.

Do we expect any physical shops to have any 15 phones on display tomorrow?

Not thinking about Apple shops - more the mobile phone shops, Apple dealers like Select.

Would really like to be able to view them before deciding on colour. (I've gone with white for my PM, but partner is thinking of a standard 15 not a Pro.)

(I know Currys can take forever for a new model of anything to arrive, and then only one device actually on display.)

Tempted to ditch my Apple trade-in for my 12 Pro. Offered £300 (although I have a small chip in the bottom right corner of the frame, and corresponding chip under the screen in the same corner).

MM offering £335 for excellent or £285 for good, which allows for small chips. Seems they might be the best bet, can risk an ‘excellent’ grade and know what the knock down price will be.

UR offering £341 but the next level down is £120 😐

Damage being very subjective aside, any ball parks on how likely any of these trade-ins are to knock down prices? Not sure where to hedge my bets 🤔
