Daft question I know, but are you sure the slot's not tomorrow? If it was me that could easily be the case. 😂
😅 don’t, I’ve checked so many times. All is fine, I mean even if the status doesn’t change I’ll still go and collect at my time slot. Deffo says today 😂

30 mins past pickup time, still in processing stage without email update and original pickup time also missing now.

Money left my account yesterday. So surely Apple have a phone set aside for me right?

The phone is a gift, so will be very annoyed if I have to travel to Central London just to collect again if it is delayed.
give the store a phone?

NT 256 arrived, lovely in person, side by side with the old 14P the weight difference is noticeable in a good way.
I might drop it less now!

Well, my iCloud backup worked but I've had to re-authenticate all my cards in Wallet and I've had to re-confirm my identity in all my banking apps. One of them wanted a photo of my ID and a selfie...

Don't get wrong, I know security is important, but some of it felt over the top considering the security to get to that point.
What bank asked for a selfie?

The in store Apple ones that cost £35 do come with a 2 year guarantee. If they break, come off or even if you fancy a new one… you can and the Apple Store will fit the new one that Belkin post out to you for free.
I usually use ZAGG, but whilst trying a new FW case ordered the Belkin one from the Apple Store. I applied it within the last hour as soon as the phone arrived. It was so simple to do it with attached frame after watching the video on the Belkin website that even I managed to get it done without any issues.

Is Cloud backup required on the old phone if everything has been transferred to the new one? It’s taking forever!

That is actually pretty good service considering the coverage. I could easily spend that on new ones that are fitted by me and not by a perfect device and therefore prone to bubbles etc.
