have the family plan and we're all only using 600GB out of the 2TB.. that including 3 iPhones, 2 iPads, 2 macs

If I do do this, I have family plan atm but just small one, when I do sync / backup my entire phone, my family members won’t be able to see right? I’m the acc holder etc

Changed my mind at the last second and went for the black titanium. I don't know whether it is just the pictures, but the natural titanium shade looks gold in some lights which I would not like. 😣

no they won't.. you just share the total storage between you all.. the data is private to each Apple ID.

you can share subscriptions so apple music, tv etc

After Apple announcing no Gold option I do think the Natural is the new Gold basically!

I managed to get one from them last year on launch day at 8am as I missed out on pre-orders and it was in fact delivered on Saturday, so I had good experience and also saved quite a lot of money as I had some gift cards stacked at 20% off + 10% cashback so my upgrade from 12PM to 14PM cost me about £200. However, this time I would really prefer getting it on launch day due to trade in deadlines etc.

Yh for the past 3 years, when you open the app on the 15th it will ask you if you want to complete your pre order.

1pm add it to basket and complete transaction
then 1 week that drags like mad until delivery

yep, would then need to do the Barclays step again... the pre-pre would just 'time out'.

You are entering into the loan agreement as part of the ‘Get Ready’ process for an iPhone model which has not been released at the time you sign the agreement. If you do not complete the purchase of the iPhone by 3:29pm on 18th September 2023 (for example, because you cancel your pre-order or Apple cannot fulfil the order), you agree that we will cancel the agreement as if you had given us notice to withdraw from it.

for 3-4 years now..

now on Friday at 1pm.. if you're using the Apple Store app on the phone.. when the store opens you'll get a banner message straight away prompting you to complete the process... just a few clicks usually and done..

all pretty simple!.



then we stalk our order status'.. pretty sure they changed on the Friday too? @dbrose do you recall?
