Was definitely smoother for me this time then it was in 2020 for the 12 Pro. It helped that I had done the pre-pre order.

App worked after a couple of force closes. Had to dig around a bit though to find where to claim my pre-pre order.

Looking forward to next week!

Sometimes nice to get it from Apple for support, and you get to add AppleCare into the same invoice which can be useful for expenses.
You’ll get the same support from Apple wether you purchase from them or not

EE still has system issued and been told they will call me back in 2 hours as other also having the same issue

shambles.

looks like first year i won't get it on launch day

Well that was a mess. Absolutely the worst iPhone ordering experience I've ever had. Expected to breeze through with my pre-pre order, thought that was the idea. As it turned out, waited 20 mins for the app to come online, only to find my pre-order page failing to load. In the end did it the old fashioned way on the MacBook, but missed launch day delivery. Went through again and managed to get a pick-up on launch day in Kensington. Not what I was expecting at all.
Why do you need it on launch day?

Did you ask them to move it away from flex contract to a traditional contract? issue seems to be for flex only.

Secured a natural titanium PM for launch day. Although not here as away so hoping I can rearrange my delivery, or get my mum to go and sit for it 😂.

Crikey this all seems like a shambles.
I managed to order with no problems with Sky Mobile through my account. I was in a queue at 12:58, and page refreshed at 13:02 and was able to breeze through to order with no problems at all.
I went for a natural titanium Pro Max 256GB, delivery for Friday 22nd.

We see you Tim

By far the worst preorder experience this year. Can’t even. The app wouldn’t load for ages, when it finally did it wouldn’t retrieve my pre preorder info. Kept erroring. This year I’ve only just managed to get one for pick up on launch day after work. Couldn’t get delivery.
got one yet?

I have balance remaining on the Apple payment cards I used. Do you know when I will get that added back onto my account? I assume once the iPhone has processed?

Couldn’t order in time for launch day. If I wait 3-4 weeks do I still get to keep my 13PM until new phone turns up? Using apple trade in?

well my order is 'processing' but for a delayed delivery that does not suit - so now waiting to either change delivery/pick-up info in hope of earlier access or to cancel and wait :(

15 mins to get into the store, on app & web via iPhone & iPad Pro. Then another 5 mins of repeatedly trying to access my iPhone Upgrade Program info. Finally got an iPhone Pro Max, 256GB in white titanium reserved for a lunchtime pickup at Trafford Centre Apple Store.

Still noodling on whether to keep my 14 Pro. Do want the bigger screen (ageing eyes, battery life) but fretting slightly over the size increase.

Also noodling on paying of the current iUP for the 14 Pro and taking the 15 Pro Max on a new contract. Anyone have any experience of paying off an outstanding iUP balance in store in order to keep a handset?

Usually get Acknowledgement by xx:07 compared to xx:03 of 6-7 years back. Got xx:14 this year after the messiest purchasing experience I've ever had. Pre-saves errored and disappeared, card payments wouldn't complete. Managed to get launch day for Natural 15 Pro 256g for myself and 15 Pink 126gb for the wife.

Love how many people love the Max, but I'd pay more than that for a Pro Mini... My pockets must be smaller than most peoples!
