Got on in seconds. Easy to get a collection on the 22nd. Delivery was 27th from the instant it opened. Collecting my order on the 22nd. Could have had a second collection booked for my wife, but we want to trade in two iphones against hers and Apple can only really facilitate that in store, so will deal with that next Friday - she may have to wait a bit.

Couldn’t order in time for launch day. If I wait 3-4 weeks do I still get to keep my 13PM until new phone turns up? Using apple trade in?
Surely you must as they act on the presumption that you will have transferred everyone to the new one before you delete everything on the old one prior to sending that to them.

My confirmation for 22nd was received at 1:12. I had used the pre-order preparation but found it initially difficult to find in my account. I see now they are mostly 9-16 oct, with some for 27 sep at 512 or 1 tb

I went for 512gb Pro Max. Figured it was worth £200 as I will be using it for years, and it cannot be upgraded so I'd rather have it than need it.

I’ve used Barclays to pay for one phone and the other phone paid for using my bank card linked to Apple Pay. No funds requested on that card yet. I’ve selected in store pickup so any issues I’m sure they can deal with that when I collect rather than cancel an order.

Why are you ordering from Very? lol
My main reason for very was the courier situation where I am. I’m pretty much guaranteed to get it the Friday where Apple could well be the Monday.

Only downside is paying £3.99 for delivery but the upside was having my order placed at 12:45 and watching the chaos around the Apple Store 😊

SO after my pre-pre order crashed at select deliver time.

I went back in and started from scratch. Managed pick up at Cribbs causeway, sailed through.

Then I get the processing order email. all good.

Then I get another processing order email with a different order number, looks like I have 2 orders now, different pickup times, same store.

So looks like when the first one crashed, it did go through.

When and how do I cancel one of them!?!?
Pretty much same issue. I've got 2 ordered now as well. A Blue 1TB Max Pro and Black 1TB Max Pro (As I changed my mind on the colour for the second order. Lol).

I guess I'll try to get hold of Apple later but not gonna try now as probably be a 7 hour wait to get hold of them.

Managed to get my order in at 1.05 using Safari as the Store App had not gone live.

iPhone 15 pro white 256gb delivery on the 22nd got the Ultra 2 coming on the 22nd as well.

Cheers all

Managed to order the Pro Max White for 22nd Sept delivery. Looking forward to it as also ordered the Ultra 2 for same delivery date

It's always a bit frustrating how it seems like a lottery if you get in the store quickly or not. I was very lucky this year that I got in with no issues, but other years it has been a challenge. Hopefully something that will be resolved in future.

Website down for 40 mins goes back up I order 2-9th October. I know some times these days move cleared but unlikely to get on launch day. I had an apple voucher to use so couldn’t do currys this year as usually I get it on launch day.

Managed to get through to EE and purchased at 13.25. Guy on the phone said he’s not sure i’ll get it for release date, & the online store is saying ‘within 14 days’, so we will see.

30% off with family & friends discount, so got the Pro Max Natural Titanium 256GB for £69.80 per month. So i can’t grumble!
And then factor in 2x annual price increase.

I had both the App and website open on my phone. 2 refreshes of the website/browser got me in. I was done for 13:03.
I ordered on my phone whilst I was out, it did take a couple of mins before they enabled the website but I was all done in seconds after that.
