Got the confirmation email. Says delivery 27th-2nd. Obviously hoping it’s the 27th.

Gutted I didn’t get launch day though. I sat here with the app and website open since 12:45.

What an utter faff that was. Gave up trying to order then at 1:40 tried the website once more. Finally came up.

Then had loads of issues using gift two vouchers (I had £1000 worth) and getting bank app to authorise remaining balance (app was infuriating slow to load, probably due to everyone ordering iPhones), so went back to home page to go through payment process again. But missed it didn’t keep the vouchers in as part payment, so had to go back again 🙈

By the time is did that, the 22nd had slipped to October. So I changed to collection at my local store for 22nd pickup.

By far, that was the worst pre-order experience I’ve ever know. By a substantial margin! Didn’t help that I stuffed up the vouchers half way through the order 😅

Pure nightmare for me.... ended with a duplicate order one for September 22 the other for October received confirmation email for both... going to my orders at the website I can only see one but my card got charged for 2 iPhones.... not sure what is happening or when I will receive at this point
 
Must admit, that was a bit of a s**tshow! Neither the store app or the website would load for me and when I did eventually get in my pre pre order wouldn’t load o_O However, I’m kind of glad it didn’t as I needed to add a phone for my wife (once she realised they did a pink one 😍). Also, instead of using the Apple/Barclays finance (that I was pre approved for) I decided to use my Apple Store balance to pay for both and be done with it….

So, happy chappy here…..

What an absolute **** show. My card is declined. Get a text from bank asking if it was me and to wait 10 mins. Tried multiple cards and can't pay through Apple's site! I'm stuck on a loading page waiting for authorisation. There's nothing else I can do...

Maybe need to try again later and if that doesn't work then I'll just need to wait until I can go into a store. It's a joke that Apple worth all these billions can't even make it easy to buy their products. It's pathetic.

It's never been so ****ing hard to give someone £1,400.

This happened to a few people last year, including me. Don't panic and relax. If you order shows in your order list you have not lost your place in the queue.
Make sure to complete the payment later today or tomorrow and you will be fine 👍
Try from a computer or your phone's web browser.

Still waiting for a call from EE due to their system issues. Might get a phone just in time for Xmas
 
I had a total disaster, worst pre-order experience ever! Errors at every possible step, app kept resetting and coming up with the “we can’t wait either” screen midway through checkout, website had similar issues as well.

I tried to order any model for over an hour, even the 15 Plus, and it wouldn’t go through for me. So I’m taking it as a sign and gonna keep my 13 Pro Max for another year at least. I was in two minds about upgrading anyway, as it doesn’t seem like much of an improvement to me.

Congrats to those who got what they wanted, though! ❤️

Edit: I should add that I did have a “pre-pre-order” in place, but it said my session had expired when I tried to checkout and then it failed to load over and over. Pretty disappointing!

I've tried on my phone and on my PC with different browsers and two different cards. Nothing is going through.

I'll try later I guess...

I also have this error, infuriating. That's my fault for trusting Apple Pay for a pre order... when will I learn!

Got in at 13:02 and went to confirm my order with monthly payments. Then realised I hadn’t updated my delivery address for years, schoolboy error! Spent 1 minute doing that quickly but then processed no problems and got a confirmation email straight away.

15 pro blue titanium 128gb.
 
Ordered PM titanium after finally getting through 20 mins later... 9-16 oct for delivery is a bit of a shame but not the end of the world. Wondering what to do as I'm supposed to send my 13PM off next Friday so will need something to fill the gap.

Oh well first world problems :p
