To those having payment problems via Apple Pay, I have just discovered that some providers have decided not to accept payments with Apple Pay over a certain amount anymore. This could be what is causing the issues... they probably told me in small print somewhere.
Carphone Warehouse seem to have the Pro 256 / 512 in stock. Just ordered one nice and calm 2 hours after launch for 22/09 delivery in store.

I tried to do Apple Pay first but I'm trying to pay with my debit and credit cards. Nothing is happening.
He seemed to think I would, but the website almost straight away suggested minimum 14 days for all models and sizes
They will, I did it last year. Just ring them up (maybe leave it until tomorrow, only thing is you need to do it before the status changes to “preparing to ship”).
The order process seems totally random: store app worked fine for me, why not for so many others? id love to have a chat to someone who actually knows how the backend systems work who could explain it.

Well that’s ominous my Amazon order now has no delivery date, it says we will email you when we have an estimate.
I also don't have delivery dates and ordered immediately after it was available. They are probably allocating stock. Keep calm for now 😄

Have it secured for pick up on Friday 21st, but really I am waiting for reviews on how good the default 24 MP mode is before committing to buying it.
I am surprised they have charged my card immediately, I thought they would wait until I picked it up! Anyone with experience know how it works? If I cancel it before Friday, do I get my money back immediately, or is it a usual 5-10 days situation?
