Some details if anyone is wondering:

- When choosing in-store pickup you get to choose the day and time (I went for 10.15, earlier than a delivery would arrive)
- If doing trade-in, you get the choice of taking it to the store or having them send you a post kit, which gives you 14 days to send it in

Got a pickup for my local store for next Friday, but got scared as the initial time I chose wasn't available. I had to change it and it was finally good.

Had my mbp, iPad and iPhone on the store, my phone came up with the access to buy first so order placed for exactly what I wanted. 16pro 256gb and plum silicone case.

I’ve opted to collect from the store next Saturday. Hopefully the guy who sold me the mbp and iPad this year is in to give it to me.

The app didn’t work for me at all! It’s still on the waiting screen now. Same as the website through Safari. I ended up going through the Blue Light discount store and got straight in (albeit they don’t discount the latest iPhones!), but we got there in the end. Phew.

Bought via app but kept refreshing the website on my Mac to see how long it'd take. 13:08, so quite a bit later.

Difference? I didn’t refresh (kill and relaunch) the app on the phone at all since I opened it at about 12:30pm.

The other two windows (desktop browser and ipad store) I kept refreshing, and they’re still showing please wait.

Not suggesting thats the reason, but if others see the same thing then maybe its a sign.

I got my order conf 13:01 .. I was killing that app like a good 'un and 13:01 it let me in.
Very slick process, if only it was so slick for Oasis tickets 🤣
