Same - may see some movement later today but, I guess, they're not even at the delivery estimate window yet so just have to wait it out.
Ok .. I’m coming from iPhone 15PM .. missed the pre order so ended up with 16PM due 7-14th Oct. Decided I could do with just the Pro this time round as the screen was increasing in size. Got one next day with Curry’s. Set it up (EE e-sim transfer seamless). Usend it for a few hours and realised it’s just not the same as my 15PM so am sending it back.
Re-set up my 15PM (EE e-sim transfer seamless once more) and am waiting for DPD to collect my Currys Pro.
In the meantime I’ve decided I want to change from desert titanium to black so have now ordered a 16PM from John Lewis which will come 10th October. Apple couldn’t/wouldn’t change my colour choice. If the desert titanium comes first from Apple I’ll have a look at it and then return.

The distance selling regulations really are a nightmare for companies
There’s a reseller in my town too, but they don’t do the upgrade program. Cambridge and Norwich are both about a 50 minute drive from mine, so it’s not too bad.
Just had my despatch email, going to be delivered tomorrow.
Mine is due for delivery by DPD after 17:00 today. Just keep checking.

Im in the 25th - 30th group, mine was shipped on Friday via UPS but the tracking info still isnt Live, so still not sure when its due to arrive!

Mine had a link to track on the despatch email which shows tomorrows date, DHL tracking doesn’t work though, hopefully they‘ll text.
Mine has now shipped, tracking not yet live though.

Same, looks like mine is coming with DPD - can't recall, what's their tracking like, do they give you a time slot for delivery or are they the more vague tracking?
Usually you get an hour slot sent to you in the morning of delivery and you can track the location of the vehicle and the number of stops before yours.
