Went from 15PM to 16 Pro. Got to admit, it took a day or 2 but loving the smaller form factor and lighter phone. Glad I can use the phone with 1 hand again. Really missed the regular pro and battery isn't too far off what the pro max was getting when I traded it in.

The new side button is very annoying so hoping I can pick up a decent case soon to cover it up. But overall, really happy to go from Pro Max to Pro.
 
I went from
iPhone XS to 12 pro
12 pro to 14 plus
14 plus to 16 PM Silver TN

Tried to upgrade via A.O mobiles-phones direct 1.50pm order failed! Refunded upfront cost!

Ordered via o2 app 16:50 up to 3 weeks delivery!

Looks like anyone who ordered after 2pm are having a 4-6 week wait for the 16 plus/Pm

16 pro/16 are 1-3 week wait!

Apple produced less iPhones because of demand so happy to wait but too excited to get my 16pm

Yeah to be honest I’m checking multiple times a day like an obsessed fiend lol
Still no luck will keep at it though

That is shambolic! They should be at the very least informing customers of this.

I'm due to go on Holiday next weekend, I can't risk the order being fulfilled whilst I'm away.
 
Ordered 4pm on the 13th (so 3 hours after preorders opened) via Vodafone and my order has gone from 3-4 weeks back order to "on back order for 3 days".

Mind you it still says 3-4 weeks at the bottom:

Anyone have their order delivered by DHL?

Just a bit worried it arrived at the delivery destination on 21st and its been sat in a warehouse all weekend - delivery is supposed to be today, 23rd, but I've had no text updates other than its at our warehouse - I'd have thought by 10:00 I'd have had an update - unless its disappeared...

Concerned in case sticky fingers have taken it considering its been at delivery depot all weekend...

Why didn't I just choose store pick up :(

I wouldn't be concerned until 11-11:30

My phone was delivered by DPD but my AirPods Max are with DHL and they have done the same with them, they where sat at the delivery depot since 3:30am on Friday, received a text Friday afternoon informing delivery now Monday, attempting to contact DHL was like speaking to a brick wall as just like the app the tracking number was not recognised anywhere, it was their c*** up and they should have attempted delivery over the weekend imo, they finally went out for delivery at 9:48am and are due between 11:20am and 12:20pm.
 
I cant seem to track on DHL this morning either 🤷🏼‍♂️ nothing seems to work in the app at all

Click the link in the DHL texts, it’s literally the only way, if you do not have texts from them your sod out of luck as even if you have the tracking number it’s not recognised anywhere.
 
Yeh im SOL then didn't get a text at all just an email saying express delivery but then linked me to DHL 🤦🏼‍♂️

Yep, just finally had the truth from an advisor. I have canceled my order, I will get it closer to December when Apple Intelligence is officially out. And the tariffs aren't so 'new' and overly expensive. :)

Anyone in the 25-30th delivery range had any updates today? Been processing since Friday. 16PM

You guys are lucky, My local is a "Select" store which is a reseller and I would have to travel to the north east (Metro Centre or Eldon Square) if I wanted to go to an Apple store proper.

I don't know how good Select is compared to an actual Apple store.
 
Has anyone got any experience with challenging Mazuma lowering the grade of their device?

Sent mine in and has been downgraded to a ‘good’ and dropped by £105.

I called them and they said they’ll send of pictures. The only one I have showing the screen is attached, however I don’t believe there were any scratches and I’d had a screen protector on until a week before the new phone arrived.

out of nowhere it just got delivered 😆 the real question is do you transfer from the old phone or set up as new and go from there 👀
